This Loft was perfect for our extended wedding weekend! The hosts/owners were great at communication and accommodating any requests we had. The space is bigger than the photos make it look and had all the necessities and luxuries for our stay. We were able to use the space as prep for the bridal party - worked great! We thoroughly enjoyed having the comfortable space to retreat to throughout the events of our wedding weekend. Good kitchen, nice lounging area, comfy bed, and large bathroom. Check in was super clear and accessing the building was easy. Nice to have parking too. Loved the view from the shared balcony and cheers with champagne on our last night there. Thank you again!

I have stayed here several times now and I'll never stay anywhere else on my yearly trips to Manitou Springs. What do I love? The location-right in the middle of town and close to everything. Full and well stocked kitchen. Smart TV. Fireplace. Huge balcony with an amazing view. Super comfy bed. Gorgeus bathroom with the jacuzzi tub. I could go on and on. Already can't wait for my next visit.

Location was great. The lanai was a big hit with the kids and binoculars. Had the AC been working, it would have the PERFECT stay.

We loved this loft!! The location was amazing! We were right in center of everything in Manitou Springs, but that dedicated parking spot was so essential! The loft was so spacious, well-appointed and clean. The bed was extra comfortable. After a long day of exploring and adventuring, it was nice to have a soft cloud of a bed to sleep on each night. We loved sitting on the rooftop patio and watching the town wake up each morning. Some advice: Check what previous renters have left behind before you head to the grocery story. We bought things like laundry detergent, napkins, cooking spray and tissues only to find that there were plenty of these supplies already in the loft. It could save you a few bucks. Refreshments: The kitchen is great and we used it every morning. If you are craving a burger, Border Burger Bar has a HUGE selection! My daughter wanted to eat there every day. Manitou Winery was a wonderful spot too! Be sure to do a tasting and sit on the patio. Right down the street is Red Dog Coffee where I got the most delicious breakfast burrito. Fellow Fitness Enthusiasts: The workout room is bare bones. There are some free weights (max of 35lbs) and older machines. My advice is to skip the workout room and just do the Incline! Thank you to the hosts and property manager for offering this property. I am hopeful we can visit again and stay in this space.

This place is perfect! The location was great, so many places you can walk to and a short drive to a lot of attractions. The place itself was adorable and you can't beat the view! We will be back!

We loved this place. Great location, clean, spacious, great amenities. We used the rooftop patio every single night, which had incredible views of the mountains. Walking distance to Abby and all shopping in manitou. Would stay here every time we come back.

This is a comfortable 1/1 in the old spa, right downtown. It’s only maybe 20 minutes off I-25 and within steps of a bunch of bars and restaurants. The bed is good and the kitchen is well-equipped. We particularly liked that there’s a real coffee pot and good stove. The outdoor deck is nice to have a drink and watch the main drag. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the balcony and watching people. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Keep in mind that it is right off the main drag so you get some road noise but you also get the perfect location where you can walk to many good restaurants and even over to the Cog railroad or the incline as they less than a mile but uphill. Bottom line—great place and I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.

This loft has everything you need and more in a great location. We will be back!

The property was clean but it needs a deep cleaning. the cabinets were dirty and the bottom of the dining chairs needed dusted. The door lock was hard to get unlocked could use a new lock. Also could have left an extra roll of toilet paper. We will for sure stay there again. Perfect location.

The loft was a great place for us! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the outside balcony for people watching and just enjoying the beautiful view. The loft itself is absolutely beautiful and the decor is amazing. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay in Manitou Springs to look this place up. We will definitely return in the future.

The condo was great and had everything we needed! Being from the Gulf South we weren’t expecting the extreme cold and wind but I hear that’s to be expected that time of year in Colorado.

Excellent one bedroom condo. Well furnished, very comfortable, centrally located in the shopping and restaurant area of Manitou Springs. Clean. The caretaker knew I was in town for shoulder surgery so he provided extra pillows. Can’t overstate how impressed I was with his consideration. We will be back!

Cozy and clean loft with on site parking garage. Great views and balcony to sit and enjoy watching people walking around Manitou Avenue and surrounding mountains. Property Manager,Wendy, was always available with prompt friendly assistance.

It's very hard to sum up how PERFECT the view, the condo, the customer service, the location, the timing and the price is for the georgous place. As a content creator who makes content and does reviews for fun, I'M SPEECHLESS. The patio, the overall view and the jacuzzi tub are just the sprinkles on top. This loft/condo has totally inspired our love for Colorado and creating travel content. We will be staying here over and over and over again! The Loft did not disappoint!! The pictures and description of the property were very accurate. My husband and I were in town for 6 days to visit my daughter who lives in Colorado Springs. We wanted to stay somewhere that we could be comfortable in and relax during the down times that my daughter was working. The Loft was so cozy and comfortable-we loved it!! It was conveniently located in Manitou Springs with easy access to the highway. We loved sitting on the patio next to the fire pit to enjoy the scenery and to get fresh air. The kitchen is beautiful and very well-stocked with staples, the living room couch and chair were super comfortable and the gas fireplace was great, the king-sized bed was so pillowy and luxurious, the bathroom was large with a nice hot shower and whirlpool tub. Check-in was simple-we were provided with detailed directions to the Loft and instructions for entry. The property manager was accessible and attentive to questions. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

My husband and I visited this lovely place over the thanksgiving holidays 2023. We found the unit to be very comfortable and well appointed. The location in the heart of Manitou Springs cannot be beat. The unit included garaged parking as well as access to the rooftop deck with its spectacular views of downtown Manitou Springs and the surrounding mountains. We highly recommend the property and are already looking forward to booking another visit! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The vondo was perfect for our stay. Even though the balcony was shared, we always had it to ourselves. I loved that it was right in the middle of dowtown. We walked to most of the places we went. There are a lot of great shops in the area. The burger bar right below was amazing.

This loft apartment is in the middle of Manitou springs. It has everything! SECURE parking garage, kitchen, full deck, with a view. This place is immaculate, clean and dont need a car in manitou, close to everything! We usually stay in a local hotel here but we love this place and will return next year.

This condo was perfect! We loved sitting on the patio throughout the day and evening people watching. The location is perfect for enjoying Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The check in/out instructions were detailed. We ate at the restaurant in the lobby. They have great burgers. You won't be sorry if you select this condo!

We had a wonderful time in the loft. The rooftop access to the view was amazing. We enjoyed an evening glass of wine and the warmth of the firepit to watch the sunset over the mountains. Mornings were just as enjoyable watching the town come to life over a cup of coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable and will definitely be looking to stay again in the near future.

My husband and I traveled to Manitou Springs for an anniversary trip. We absolutely loved the loft/condo in the old Spa building. This rental had everything you would need for a four day stay, and more. Decorations and paintings were well done. It had a perfectly equipped kitchen and huge bathroom with a jacuzzi built for two. The loft overlooks main street with a view of the mountains. You can walk to nearby restaurants. We had easy access to the sundeck. We enjoyed the gas fire pit at night and we had it all to ourselves. I would highly recommend this rental In beautiful Manitou!

Property was awesome and convenient to everything. Property had everything we needed. Only request would be to have a door to the bedroom or blinds over the lites on either side of the entry door to block out the light from the hallway. Over all great stay.

Location couldn’t have been better! Heart of Manitou Springs we were able to walk everywhere! Despite being a busy location, at night it was peaceful and quiet inside, in the mornings being able to sit on the deck and experience the brisk mountain air, and just look at the Manitou Incline with surrounding mountains, great view! Historic building - great space for us to relax for a few days! We will definitely be back!
