So close to the mountain and an awesome place for a weekend of apres ski evenings with friends. Kitchen was well-stocked, the hot tub was great, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location and excellent host!
I stayed at the property with my husband and my 3 month old son, along with my parents. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was spacious and roomy for all of us! We especially loved the hot tub and the two wood burning fireplaces, which made our stay extra cozy. The owner, Chris, was very helpful and available for any questions we had or anything we needed (at one point the VRBO app wasn't working well so he made himself available by phone). The location was great- extremely close to Stratton Mountain but also a 2 minute drive to a market , 7-11, and grab and go breakfast/lunch spot. I would definitely recommend this property!

Christmas Week 2020
Perfect location to ski Stratton and to get some peace and quiet, with plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. Hot tub and outdoor fire pit extended the living space even more while some just preferred the sauna to chill. Host has thought of all your needs, so pack your bags, grab some beer, wine and get ready for a turn key vacation.

Beautiful location & amazing home
Very cozy & clean home!
We loved how everything was prepared for our arrival. Every room had great and unique amenities (with simple instructions on how to use them). The fireplace was super stocked with firewood and fire starters (huge plus!). The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal. The sauna and the hot tub were both ready and easy to use. They sure made our evenings relaxing as our little ones slept. Overall a great home to get away to for a few days.
Christopher was a great host and was always kind and available to answer all my questions.

This was a lovely property, and perfect for our family's ski vacation to Stratton Mountain. Christopher, the property owner, was very welcoming. The property was immaculate and had great amenities, such as a hot tub, sauna, and recently-redone bathrooms. We highly recommend this house and would return!

Wonderful winter vacation
We stayed in this house over Christmas break. It was a perfect location to Stratton Mountain. Only a few minute drive. There is a shuttle available but we didn’t use it. The kids loved owning the whole upstairs. Plenty of room for 8 people in the house. Chris keeps a clean beautiful home. We had some small issues working one bathroom, but he was very quick to respond. Would recommend this rental

Army reunion
We had a wonderful time at the Stratton house! Chris was attentive to our needs and was very accomodating. The house is nicely done with every needful thing plus! Everything was very clean. Having the hot tub and sauna felt luxurious! It rained all day Tuesday but the fireplace kept us warm and cheerful. The many games kept us entertained. We loved the electronic dart board! Our only suggestion is this property not be listed as wheelchair accessable. The doors are too narrow and bathrooms to small to access. The step from the patio to the house is too high without a ramp. Otherwise the house is amazing!

Great Labor Day Weekend Getaway
Our party of 8 absolutely loved the Stratton Ski House. Located not far from Manchester Center where there is plenty to do. The home was very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay here! It was a perfect location ... close to everything. The house had everything we needed and lots of extras . The hot tub was wonderful as well! Chris was amazing to deal with and we will be back for sure !

What a GREAT place. Everything you could want.
This house has everything you could want in a vacation home. It looks like a wooded cabin but feels like a swanky getaway. The hot tub is so nice to sit in while looking at the stars, the sauna smells like cedar and is very therapeutic, the entire place is wired with high tech, from the level 2 gaming set-up to the apple tv in every room, the bathroom seat is even wired for warmth and has a bidet built in. Love this place.

Nice, comfortable, clean.
The house is very comfortable and well maintained. It is very clean which is important to us. The owner put a lot of thought and detail into decorating and making it comfortable for guests. He was extremely nice to deal with and very accommodating.
We would definitely stay there again and I would recommend to friends.

Comfortable house
House was awesome and very comfortable. The owner of the house was very responsive when we needed to find extra trash bags. He was also quick to respond which is really great. The house was modern with TVs in all the room. There is a loft space which we didn't utilize but it was nice having that as an option. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for our night of cooking with all nice appliances. We utilized the shuttle bus to Stratton which was so nice to not to have to worry about driving. Overall, the house was comfortable, modern and nice!
