Nice accomodations! Only concern was coffee machine did not work and hand soap had been extremely diluted with water making it ineffective.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. I am very picky about cleanliness and felt great the whole time here. We had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful.

The condo is very neat and owner is very responsive. The thing that impressed me were clocks!, Most rentals have no bedroom clocks and this one did. Also the TV had so many channels. It was great. However, a few blankets are needed as we encountered some cool nights. Also there were no brochures or other items, like puzzles. Overall it is a really nice unit.

The property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Kevin was easy to communicate with and his property was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Sandpiper is a beautiful neighborhood with a great golf course. The condo has everything you need. Furniture is arranged a little weird and the condo needs a good paint job. Plenty of restautants and beach is 15 minutes away. Pool area is awesome.

Condo was clean as a whistle, everything as advertised. Owner couldn't do more to assist, it is a pleasure renting this unit.

For the cost, very nice. We had a very relaxing time and the beds were very comfortable. Communication was very good with him. Close to all our favorite restaurants.

My wife and I wanted to visit the area, and just have some peaceful time to ourselves. It’s a 10 min drive to beautiful Sunset Beach. 35 mins to Myrtle beach. Calabash is a great town. It’s also on a nice golf course so bring you’re clubs. Kevin’s rental was clean and cozy, you really feel at home. The building has 4 condos and it was very peaceful and quiet. I would 100% stay there or rent another property from Kevin again.

We had a really good time. The condo had everything we needed. Easy to get to and easy access to get inside. Even with the cooler temperatures, we were able to go to the beach. Thanks so much, Kevin.

This unit was very nice with a great view of the golf course and since there are only four units in the building it was very quiet. The screened porch will be great in warmer weather to enjoy a favorite beverage while watching the golfers. The unit was clean and I was able to reach Kevin easily when I had a question about the tv in the living room.

This two bedroom condo was ideal for our stay. Very clean, very private, very quiet. Great location, easy check in process, and loved the heater that took the chill off of the air! Plus the white noise machine in the bedroom was the perfect touch - thank you!!

Great, exceptionally well maintained complex. Quiet and peaceful, water views from front and back. Resort like feel. 👍

Everything was fine, except for laundry. Did not care much for the check out instructions. “Please wash and dry all towels prior to leaving”. We left at 4am so laundry had to be done night before. We had to use paper towels to dry face off in morning of, and use paper towels for clean up after brushing teeth. A bit much to ask from owner on that note.

This was the 2nd year we rented this condo. Easy, great accommodations clean, quiet, golf course was in great shape. Restaurants near by where awesome. The host goes above & beyond. We can't wait to rent again.

Terrific value, very clean ( owner’s standards evident—kindly requests removal of shoes upon entry) & spacious accommodations in a peaceful location. Pleasant golf course view & close proximity to several beaches, especially picturesque Sunset Beach.
