Will never be back even if it would be for free. I travel a lot and I have been in many budget hotels: many have been quite surprising good. Not this time. I would not recommend this place unless you can't find anything else.

The only positive thing was the receptionist guy who has been very helpful and nice at my arrival. When I booked using booking.com I asked for a quiet room: I got one on the 1st floor just directly in front of the stairs. Very bad insulation and noise was quite high. Room was not that big but that was not an issue since I just needed a clean quiet room to rest after a 1500 km driving. There was a sort of smoke smell inside that made me almost to leave but I was too tired. Room was hot, there was no air condition and it was not possible to leave the windows open due to the noisy guests in courtyard. (Guests were very noisy especially when a group arrived with bus during the late evening- I know that's not a fault of hotel but staff should recommend silence). Bed was quite uncomfortable but I was so tired that somehow I was able to fall asleep. Bathroom was decent with cleaness 7,5/10. Towels (just 2) were clean but somehow still showing some black spots. I did not like this at all. When in shower - already wet -I discovered the soap dispenser did not work so I needed to jump out and to reach the cheap soap bottle left on sink. I did not need but I make the note for women: there's no hairdrier available. I left very early. Brought the luggage to car and then I noticed that gate was closed. I went back but entrance door was closed (I honestly did not try to open because it's the type that get automatically locked once you close it). So I called the reception 2 times and number was not available. I was in hurry to leave so I knocked at the door and one lady arrived quite upset making the gesture to push the door. She spoke basic English and I made her to understand I needed to leave. She told me to go to car and that she would open the gate. My staying at Evotel was FINALLY over.

Very nice and helpful staff, knows english so it was easy to communicate, and despite we forgot to pay in advance for breakfast, they were so kind to make us an omelette and give us quick breakfast anyway, thank you!!! 😊😊😊 We loved the cat 🐈

Great stuff, fridge in the room, tasty bar by the hotel. Great location for someone who is transiting through Warsaw, as helps to avoid city traffic jams in the morning

On saturday very loud partying until 3am - could've expected that from hostel but still was impossible to fall asleep

WiFi was not working for the 3 days I was there. Kitchen was filthy, looking as though it is never cleaned, even dirty pans were just put back in the cupboard. Not recommended at all...

Lovely pizza

Clean, no nonsense comfortable room with a very nice bathroom and shower. A kitchen upstairs was very useful for hot drinks when I wanted them.

Customer service was variable. Some staff were fantastic, others not so. Quite limited food availability, but the kitchen with fridge made up for this.
