Excellent location, close to the town and the beach. Our room very clean, comfortable, nice balcony, good view. Quiet, no complaints

Parking was a little bit of a hassle to begin with, then we got used to the arrangement. Fine, no problems.

Close to the beach (we liked staying and eating at Bagno Nettuno) and the old town, all easily walkable. Very nice hosts and good mattress (even though a little short for anyone taller than 1.80 meters). Balcony view of the castle.

This apartment, while it offers everything basic and will thus do the trick for a short stay, lacks the style and quality which we were anticipating when seeing the pictures at time of booking. Furniture is a bit outdated, and small (but easily fixable) things like shower head, rusty parts in kitchen, etc were a bit of a disappointment. The car parking is quite a bit away from the property. And you indeed hear everything from other, neighboring apartments, as others have shared in their reviews.
