Everything from start to finish was amazing.everything was there anyone would need. Pool was amazing and ref. Place was so clean not a spot of dirt or debris anywhere. Bathrooms spotless. You can’t go wrong renting here this place is great.

The house was really nice just like the pictures. It’s a great location to stay in and a really nice subdivision and would definitely visit again. You may want to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The owner only provides one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and then it’s up to the guest to purchase. I asked for a roll of paper towels and someone brought one roll. The refrigerator needed service. Unfortunately my food went bad because they couldn’t call service out on the weekend. I booked the property for the pool but didn’t allow my kids in it because it was really dirty. I would also suggest to read the guide provided in the home for clear instructions the info provided on evolve isn’t accurate.

Nice home and pool in great secure location. Patio area table/chair cushions need to be replaced, grill missing that was noted in property listing, but found out after arriving we could rent one for a fee (would’ve brought portable if knew ahead of), pool needed cleaning, theater room nice but a weird setup, kitchen sink water pressure low, rental license/occupancy license on wall expired, and not enough bath towels. Overall, the home is decent, security gate ppl were great, quick responses from homeowners & Fred, and great community pool area.

Centrally located and very comfortable for all ages. Enjoyed the movie theater, games and heated pool.

The house was clean, well appointed, and the beds were so comfy. The children and grandchildren hardly used the amazing resort because the house was so entertaining. The hosts were responsive and accommodating.( I couldn’t figure out my TV, lol. There’s so many places to go in the house with a million TVs.It’s very private as it isn’t jammed up against other units and outside faces the woods basket ball court, volleyball, and Tennis courts. In the distance. There’s overflow parking and parking for your travel trailers, etc.The resort has pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, theater, and work out room. You can get anything you need from the welcome center so you don’t have to lug all your personal sports equipment.The property is gated and the staff as well as the visitors were very friendly.I want this place all to myself so don’t go there (just kidding) I go there mainly to get together with my family and see my 92 year old Mother in St. Cloud.Spring for the heated pool. They had it all ready the first night we arrived.Also the twin beds accommodate adult size people.
