Immaculately clean home in the best location. Minutes to the beach made it easy to enjoy the daily trips. Home was equipped with everything we needed. The cleanest pool we have had in a rental. Thank you for hosting us. We had a wonderful time.

This was such a fabulous place for our family of 8! The home is spacious and well appointed! We practically lived in the pool, and when we had to take refuge from the occasional late afternoon storm, the covered lanai was the perfect spot! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week and the spacious living room was great for movie nights. We appreciated the close proximity to shops and the beach, and the park pass was a nice bonus! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return!

I was about to write a glowing review, but read the others and they said it well. House is great. Property manager is great. Location is awesome. Bike or walk to everything. I could of stayed for longer. No complaints. Great house and a great location (closer to Mercato and Ritz) was the other side of Naples park is better.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for 3 weeks. The house has everything we needed for this longer stay. We had a few small issues, but the property owner was very responsive in handling them quickly. The area was perfect for what we wanted - a 5 minute bike ride or 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs and bikes were provided. And about the same distance to Mercato. The house was very clean and we found the main bed to be very comfortable. The pool area is nice and loved having the pool heated for us. All the basics were provided for us in the kitchen and bathrooms. (spices, dish soap, laundry soap, etc). It was well maintained consistent with its age. We would not hesitate to return if we wanted to stay in this area again.

My family was very happy with the facilities. The manager was very helpful when there was a problem with the Airconditioning. He fixed it immediately. I would consider renting this place in the future.

Wonderful home for family time. The pool was fantastic the owner responded to any and all concerns. 40 minutes from the airport. Ice cream only a bike ride away. Beaches less than a mile. All beds were comfortable plenty of bathrooms. Large open space and baby gate on pool.

We always stay at Naples Park, but this house in particular has all the amenities you need with plenty of space and beds. It comes equipped with bbq, bikes, inflatables, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, toiletries, basic seasonings at kitchen area, even coffee and sunblock!! Easy checkin, great communication with management and no issues at all. We will definetely come back.

My family and friends (4 adults, 5 children) stayed in this house for our week long vacation. Nice roomy house with a pool that has a safety gate. The beach was beautiful! It was a two minute drive, paid parking 10 dollars a day. Also Mercato shops a short drive away.

Great location for a family vacation.

The home was very family friendly for our 5 children. The pool was beautiful and the home was very clean. The host was very responsive and made the entire process so smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We travel with another family every winter. We usually cruise but because of Covid we could not do that this winter but we still wanted to take a much-needed vacation. Everyone had their wish list of what they wanted in a home and this checked off almost every box. The location was perfect - less than a mile from Vanderbilt Beach / Ritz Carlton / Mercato Shops and restaurants. Having two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room is very difficult to find and having each kid in their own bed was a huge lifesaver! Not to mention that there were 2 additional cot beds and a pack and play for those families with more kids. The house listing was very accurate and communication with the owner was excellent. We would not only stay here again but we would highly recommend it to other families.

The property was very clean, pool was perfect. Walked or rode bikes to the beach. Also used the parking garage that was right next to the beach entrance as well. We were very surprised that the bedrooms and great room were larger than they appeared in the photos. Plenty of room.

Second year renting this property and it was another great vacation. The house has so many great amenities, the pool, the bikes, the beach gear and the park pass to Delnor-Wiggins state park, as well as being spacious, clean and comfortable.

The family has vacationed all over Florida - at beaches on the Gulf and the Atlantic…I would say this was one of the best. First, the rental house was absolutely amazing with tons of room for all. It was well appointed and had everything we needed & more. The pool was outstanding and with a toddler, the gate from the lanai to the pool was great to have, really ensured safety while allowing full use and enjoyment of the lanai and pool. The owners were easy to contact and ensured we had everything we needed. Now for the area, it was quiet and safe. The beaches were outstanding with powder soft and cool sand with clear, warm water. The owners provide a pass to Florida parks and we visited Delnor-Wiggins State park where the beaches were absolutely pristine. So many great restaurants nearby from Bonita Springs to Old Naples - from 5 star dining to an absolutely amazing food truck park with open air bar….something for everyone. Highly recommend the area, the beaches and this rental home…we will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed a few days of summer in Naples - FL and we had good memories. The beautiful house, super clean and well maintained. It has everything you need to enjoy the stay in the house. We enjoyed the pool to the fullest and the location of the property close to the beach and also very central to restaurants and shopping centers.

I would highly recommend staying here! Bob was a fantastic host and made sure that our stay was perfect for our blended families. Handicap accessibility was a must and this had great amenities which removed challenges we might have had elsewhere. The beach is a short bike ride from the house and the neighborhood feels safe and neighbors are friendly. Everything is well maintained and Bob makes it simple for check in and check out. Pool is very well maintained and is where we spent most of our time. The gate to the pool area is a great option as we were traveling with little ones and this added another barrier of safety. Shopping and Publix are a short drive away. Will definitely be looking to book another vacation here!

This home was perfect for our family. We loved everything about it! Especially the convenience of the beach and being able to have our dog with us. We definitely will be returning! We are actually booking our next vacation at this home now.

We've rented many times from VRBO and we put this home at the top of the chart from a quality and value perspective. The house is immaculate, updated and perfectly located. It's just a short bike ride down to the beach and a quick trip to the Mercato Shops. Bob is a terrific host, quick to respond and had great suggestions for our trip. We rented this home for our recent family trip to Naples. Communication was easy to follow from reservation through departure. Property is just as lovely as it appears online. Location is in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of Naples. Comfortable beds. Very clean residence. Pool was well maintained and a great alternative to the beach which is only blocks away. We appreciated the park pass and used it several times. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway for our family, the property was spotless and perfect for our combined families, there was plenty of space for all of us. The outdoor space was beautiful and the pool was the first thing we did in the morning and the last thing we did at night. The location was great, close to restaurants, the grocery store and Florida beaches, were we spent our days.
