beautiful place only 10 minutes from the center. very large green spaces, large and comfortable rooms. very good service.

there was not a coffee machine in the room.

Amazing location and facilities. Design is amazing and has large rooms.

The light pollution from the overly lit garden and directly outside the rooms access covered walkways meant that the internal wood louvres had to be closed to block out the daylight level exterior lighting. Lights for garden do not need to be upwards rather just light the ground areas and the same with walking areas. The issue was then that no natural airflow could enter the room. The oil central heating was set at 25 degrees Celsius which made the room feel like a sauna. Disrupted our sleep and required the night concierge and maintenance to attend and turn the heating off. This occurred between 12 and 1am. Alcohol room service to our next door guest at 12.15am with loud voice communications was also disruptive and of course the neighbouring room was up late with endless loud conversations till the early hours which were easily audible as they had their room windows fully open to likely deal with the heating issues. The room itself has weird LED lighting in it and is another contributor to the light pollution in the space. Whilst the rooms were large and the bed comfortable unfortunately the heavily disrupted sleep wrecked the stay.

Incredibly well design, comfortable and relaxing place. The fireplace in the room makes it very special and romantic. All utilities are premium quality. You can request the service of massages which is highly recommended

It might be a bit further from the center (like 15 minutes walk) but it is an open space which parking, which is important to have in San Cristóbal

is a great distribution, the rooms were quiet, restaurant is nice and all food is just delicious, the garden is big so my pet was extremely happy. Btw, pets are allowed in all areas 😃

I found a little hot the room, so you can install an AC in the rooms
