Location was good

Breakfast was quite plain, bathroom tiny with shower curtain, no AC.

.Location- next to the Vellamo Maritime museum and the Kotka Harbour railway stop. This is an old-fashioned hotel in a classic building - a pleasant change from the ubiquitous chains where the rooms are identical from city to city. Spectacular sunset.

Shower had only a curtain separating it from the toilet - inevitably floor gets wet.

Well located, close to but not in the very center. I arrived by car and there was parking space by the street. Homely and modest.

Heating was not enough. Duvets were thin and there were not any extra blanket, I had to sleep with my coat in the night. Coffee was very bad, the location was okay buy not enough to provide expectations. there are no promised items in the rooms. Waterboilers would take sommuch good comments since a customer expect to drink something hot after facing cold.

Clean rooms, good coffee, comfortable beds and the view of the port.

The fridge was loud, woke us up a few times.

Location is great, very central. Staff are friendly and premises, although could do with some TLC, are kept clean.

Beds are passable. A small effort with breakfast would have made a huge difference, huge!

Room was poor!! Shower / toilet was really small and shower curtain is touching you all the time when tou are in shower. Room was dirty and it smell.

No black-out curtains (shades aren't enough!) Basically meant a poor night sleep. Busy street.

Breakfast was good. Nice you allow pets.It was the reason we chose your hotel.

It was too hot and no relief was possible.

Excellent value for money. Efficient check-in.
