Old rooms. Breakfast nothing special. Plastic glasses in the room! amazing....

It was such a homey environment, the staff was very nice and spoke great English which was convenient because my Italian is elementary at best.

The elevator was a little sketchy but that's the only thing I can think of. It was great.

We cant go to the balcony becaue the exit door is blocked by bunk bed. Eytremly small room for 4 persons! Breakfast was horrible-no cheese,no any kind of meat,almost no fruit,empty honey boxes,-just old,decoration like cakes-many types of them,no normal bread....-really very bad!

Breakfast was almost perfect. There was no bacon, but excellent speck, hams, cheese, salame and other salumi, bread and eggs. A tipical Italian breakfast was also available, with different types of expresso, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, lots of cakes, brioches, etc. The rooms were large enough and properly equipped. The bathrooms were ok and the shower was great. The staff was also polite, efficient and useful, despite (or maybe: because of) being comprised of young people only. They spoke perfect Italian, which is rare in these parts (nor it is anyway indispensable, but still... It makes Italian visitors feel at home). Location is just nothing short of perfect: in less than 30 mimutes you can reach thermae, all kinds of ski pistes, hiking trails, shopping malls, beautiful churches and some great restaurants.

The heating was not adjustable, and it was turned off in the nights. That was ok for me, but not for some of the ladies. Extra blankets were not readily available.

Everything was good and clean, but the hotel needs a bit an upgrade in comfort and design. Very old-school.
