We were looking for a quiet and cozy place to get away for a few days and this cabin did not disappoint. Great place to get away with the family for a quick trip.

We loved our time here! The cabin was PERFECT! Communication was OUTSTANDING and we had no issues during our stay. We loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces and utilized both. The Cabin is so cozy and a perfect place to enjoy a fall getaway for a few days. We loved how remote and quiet it is and how easy it is to get to the lake! We can't wait to return!

Secluded feel at the property but close to restaurants, unique shops, hikes, etc. in and around Wilmington. Beautiful vacation home, lots of space, very comfortable, well stocked, surrounded by woods. We will definitely be back!

This cabin is a cozy, charming delight. Set on a beautiful wooded lot it feels far away from civilization while being close to a lovely downtown with wonderful restaurants. Nearby is great hiking, a lake, golf courses, and a ski slope making the location fantastic. The place is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and the owners have filled the cottage with all of the amenities adults, or families with children, might need. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

We (2 couples) had a great time at the house. It was close to Mount snow for skiing and nice to come back to a comfortable place with a cozy fire!

This cozy cabin was the perfect balance of secluded and close to town. Less than 10 min to Mt.Snow was ideal as was the space inside for our group (2 bathrooms was key). Everything included, like bedding, towels, and papergoods makes this an easy stay for a family. Would definately book this cabin again!

This special log cabin is the ultimate Christmas getaway.Upon our arrival, we walked into a fully decorated (with mini Xmas trees & sparkling lights & winter greens)adorning this wonderful floor to ceiling old stone fireplace.It even had 2 large stockings all set for Santa to arrive! This cabin in the woods encompasses all the warmth & coziness one wants to feel during the holiday season...every detail was beautifully thought out- from the reindeer red & green blankets to the twinkling wall of star lights in one of the 3 bedrms. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you could need to make a festive holiday meal. The Master bedroom is spacious & immaculately clean with holiday themed wool blanket covers & cashmere throws. We enjoyed our stay here. Had a very nice cabin feel. House was well cared for. Owners were very responsive to our needs.

We stayed here last year during the winter and during the summer. Dealing with Marilyn is extremely easy and she is very accommodating. This is one of our favorite vacation spots that we found after many years of vacationing all over New England. We will continue to keep coming back two to three times a year to this beautiful getaway!

This is the second year in a row we rented this property for a getaway and to watch playoff football, the house is a perfect country, quiet getaway. The owners could not be more accommodating and they are wonderful to communicate with, wonderful hosts and a wonderful house. Looking forward to next year and we already want to extend our stay an extra night. Would highly recommend this property 5 stars!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin. It was an easy drive to Mount Snow and there were several beautiful hiking trails nearby at Lake Raponda. The cabin was spotless and really nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

The house was as advertised, very clean, well organized and comfortable. The location is beautiful, near a lake with easy access to skiing at Mount Snow. The hosts are pros and were awesome to work with.

Had a friends get together at this wonderful cabin, the cabin was perfect in every way. The fireplace, the big screen tv and Hulu live made watching the Super Bowl perfect, thank you! Plenty of firewood and everything needed for a weekend away. The homeowners could not have been better, extremely accomodating in every way. They even left a very special treat in the fridge and a nice welcome on the chalkboard. The check in and out process was a breeze. I would recommend this cabin without hesitation. Looking forward to our next stay, thanks again!

We all enjoyed the comfort and relaxation of the house and surroundings. Such a calm, relaxing and clean home. The diffusers in each room were A nice touch adding some scents from home as well as the smell of the fire place. We will definitely be back again!! This house is cute as a button! Perfect for a ski weekend for our family of 5. It’s about 10 minutes to Mt Snow. The house is clean, comfy and cozy! The living room fireplace is huge and relaxing in front of it was our favorite part of the weekend! The whole place was just the right mix of rustic and modern. Also, the hosts, Marilyn and Peter, were wonderful! Very welcoming and available the one time we had to reach out with a question about the TV. I would definitely recommend this property to others and plan on staying here again when we ski at Mt Snow!

The property has plenty of space, yet it was cozy and the perfect spot for my weekend getaway. I was glad to arrive to a home, which was spotlessly and comfortable. Over our trip, we spent the nights in front of the large fireplace, while enjoying christmas movies. This house provided a quite escape into the woods of Vermont, which was exactly what we were looking for over the holiday season. The communication with the owner, Marilyn, was the best. She made the whole processes leading up to the start of the trip a breeze. We will be back!

Mariyln is a superhost. The property is a small charming house that has all the necessities one can want. Our family had a lovely time. Our evenings were spent in front of the fireplace watching movies. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. Bathroom shower was amazing. The host provided more than enough linens, towels and paper product. Overall a nice escape in the woods. The outdoors is quite and serene. We will be back for sure

The home was spotlessly clean, cozy and comfortable and very well equipped. The communication with the owner was the best. Wilmington is a lovely town surrounded by beautiful countryside. This was our first time staying in Vermont and we couldn't have picked a home in a better location. We especially loved the fire pit and breakfast on the spacious deck. The house was private but accessible and the evenings listening to the barn owls and the crickets were never to be forgotten. If you stay here, plan on taking lots of pictures!

Incredible location for bumming around in Southern Vermont. Terrific house and property! I was a little disappointed there were no notes to guests about swimming and hiking possibilities, but if you are resourceful, you'll find it all.

We absolutely loved staying in this Cabin. We visited the property for the 4th of July weekend with another couple and we had a blast! We especially enjoyed the yard + fire pit! The property is super quiet, private and lovely, but it's also convenient to the town of Wilmington for dining, groceries, etc. Added bonus is the lake just a short walk from the house! Marilyn was also super helpful in getting us settled in and answered any questions we had promptly. We will certainly be back. -Scott and Mary Elizabeth
