Lovely home! Plenty of room for all of us and the kids bunk room was a hit! Very comfortable and clean. Good stock of kitchen needs. The beach towels and toys were a nice surprise and well appreciated! Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and even a few deer behind the back fence visited!

First thing we noticed upon walking in with a large family that was wanting to relax was the dishwasher sign stating it was not working and would not be repaired any time soon. For a family wanting to get away and relax this was the first off-putting item, so we spent more money on disposable plates and silverware, not good for environment but no way we were washing everything as it was there so much cookware and things to wash. Then after walking around in the house a couple of hours several of the family noticed their feet/socks were black on the bottom, yes the floors are dirty as if they have not been cleaned in years. In the morning we were greeted with the Keurig missing the plastic cup piece the coffee pod goes into so there goes more money and time wasted to go get coffee each morning. Not at all how we wanted to spend the time in a busy morning. Then of course we come to realize soon that there was not enough toilet paper provided. I mean seriously, this is a 5 bedroom house with 6 twin beds and 5 full/queen/king there should be enough TP without running out two days in. Also, the game consoles upstairs did not work, they were jammed or just flat out not functioning and did not have batteries. Unfortunately we bought batteries before realizing they didn't work at all. Basically this place should be completely cleaned and reevaluated before being put back on the market. You cannot have a house this large without a working dishwasher and coffee machine!!

Very comfortable and clean. Had problems checking in. Code on entry did not work and thru out the stay stopped working. Beds were comfortable and the boys loved the bunk beds. Hot tub was a nice touch in the evening with smores in the fire pit. Dishwasher did not work. Most of our days were on the beach. Home was close to Pelican Brewery and park. Hard to park only 2 cars.

We enjoyed having enough room for us all to spread out. The bikes were great. Fire pit, awesome, used lots, loved sitting by the fire and visiting with family.

This is a wonderful space for a large group. The layout was great and the house had all the amenities you could ask for. The view out the back was beautiful. Nothing but trees! Very restful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. Had every kitchen gadget and dishes we needed to make big dinners. No detail is overlooked. The fully fenced yard with hot tub and fire pit was great for the family and dogs. Great short walk to the beach, restaurants , and market. There is some construction in the neighborhood and a walking path behind the house which did not bother us but might be problematic for those wanting privacy. Overall a great place!

My entire family was able to stay there comfortably! My only complaint would be that they charged a hot tub cleaning fee and the hot tub was not clean at all. Bottom was full of sand, and the chlorine dispenser was empty with the water not very clear. Also none of the game systems were working in the house. Otherwise the house itself was great!

We ended up staying an extra day since we enjoyed ourselves so much. Great, clean and nice home. Cool neighborhood on a few trails worth exploring. Not super convenient to the beach but not terrible. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and management wasn't as responsive as we would have liked but not a deal breaker. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

I've been burned by VRBO and Meredith lodging before. They just have a monopoly on the coast so it's impossible to find a place that they don't manage. And I really hate they way they manage already - they leave you like two dish pods, just enough toilet paper. It's just rude and not welcoming. I mean are people stealing extra toilet paper out there? We booked this for a relay race through HTC and the city/town/county wouldn't give the permits and cancelled the race. No refunds! The house is huge (and expensive) b/c we needed the rooms for runners so being out thousands of dollars just doesn't sit well with me when this company makes millions. It's not like I just decided to cancel this trip. I understand no refunds in a situation like this. But this was out of my control. Aside from this the place is very nice. The key pad on the door wouldn't work. It jams and someone had to come out to let us in. I don't think he ended up fixing it either. They were like you have to jimmy it a little. Um, ok. But the kitchen and living room and back yard is by far the best part of this place. It's got a hot tub, sand pit, fire pit and opens to a walking trial. It's close to the beach. They have stuff in the garage like bikes and a wagon to use (the tires were flat and the breaks were wonky so we didn't since we have small kids). The central locations for gathering are very big and a great place to stay. Owners (if there really are private home owners) should drop Meredith and VRBO. The place rents itself.

Overall good experience. Property is a close quick walk to the beach and perfect distance as all of our kids are under 6. The green belt in the back opens to some nice trails and follow the red reflectors to a nice little honeycomb hideout that over looks haystack rock. House was spacious and enough room for our family of 8 adults, 4 kids, and 2 dogs. Other minor issues we had with the property are going to be addressed with the management company but didn't ruin our stay as you make due with what you have and enjoys the times that are in front of you.

We loved how much space this property offered. It was open, had lots of seating, and great sleeping space for our members. We would definitely come back to this location!

Well equipped house with great backyard (kids or dogs)! Nicely furnished and roomy. Perfect walking to anything you could need/want and to the beach.

The house was awesome, we had a lot of fun staying there, lots of space for everyone, and the backyard with the sandpit/fire-pit/hot-tub was great for the kids. The house was walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and it also had beach toys, beach towels, and pretty much everything you would need for babies/kids, which was super helpful! The only reason I am rating it 4 stars is because check-in was super late- 5pm at first then after calling a couple of times they were able to let us in by 4pm but it would've been nice to be able to check in by 2 or 3pm. Also, the garbage bins outside were already full by the time we got there so we had to pile our garbage bags in the garage. Other than that, we had a great time!

Beautiful house with new, high-end finishes. The bunk bed room was a big hit with the "kids" in the group. The secluded wooded setting for a backyard provided a serene, private ambience. The amenities and provisions were plentiful and topnotch. All surfaces were clean including the carpet and stairs which are the first indications of thorough maintenance. The famous Kiwanda sand dune and Haystack Rock were within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful time and have bookmarked this property for future reservations.

We had a great time.

This was a beautiful home! Much better quality then than appeared in the photos. We enjoyed having 4 rooms with king or queens beds. (One room was a bit tight but it was a non issue for us!) The bunk room was HUGE and nicely done! The firepit in the back yard was amazing! Fantastic conversations took place that never would have happened if we were just hanging out in the living room. I can't wait to come back!

Very clean, organized and well decorated. We loved the treed back yard and that it was just a walk to the beach. Open floor plan with room for everyone.

I rented this beach house for the weekend to celebrate my birthday with my family. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The sand in the backyard was a huge hit with the kids. The green space behind the house was a great walking path, and the proximity to beach was great. It was a nice relaxing trip, and I would definitely recommend this property to others. The management company was very prompt in responding to questions, and sent someone right away to remedy the issue.

Broken dishwasher that was said to be fixed during our trip, it never happened. Party of 15 made a minor headache.

This property is perfect for a large group. A ton of space and very well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. Great location to walk to anything you might need.

The location can suit 2-3 families very easily. Especially families with small kids. It is only a 5 min walk from beach.

Good place for a family

Our family of grandparents, parents and 6 children ages 1-9 had a magnificent time in this beautiful home! Everything was immaculate and so comfortable! All of the beds were so comfortable! The kids LOVED the 3 bunk beds in the very spacious kids room. This property is very close to the beach, an amazing restaurant and a general store. It was a wonderful vacation!
