Just steps from the Civil Rights Museum as well as great local bbq and beer, this is a fantastic spot for exploring downtown Memphis. Chris always easy to communicate and the place is clean and well thought out for your stay.

This was a great location for our stay in Memphis. It was close to many great restaurants, Beale Street and the Civil Rights Museum.

The place is on Main Street in an artsy area. Coffee shop across the street, the Civil Rights Museum, and Central BBQ are around the corner. Great place for a girls' weekend with 3 BRs and 3 Bathrooms. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and the location was fantastic. The condo was spotless, and the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely return if we ever find ourselves back in Memphis.

We were in town for a Jiu Jitsu tournament and found this lovely spot to stay. Everything was immaculate and the owner was very communicative. It was in a great neighorhood as well. 5/5!

This Vrbo is in an awesome location! The trolley is literally right out the front door. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. That was super convenient. Chris stayed in touch with us to make sure all was good. Check in was super easy. The ONLY downfall to the property was that we ran out of hot water a couple times so had to plan accordingly. In their defense though they did say something about that. If you’re looking for a great place to hang out in Memphis, this is definitely it!

This place was everything perfect location near restaurants museums the trolly and so much more. The place is just as pictured very clean and spacious I shared this place with my girlfriends and let me tell you the icing on top each room had its very own bathroom always a win with girls. I will definitely stay here again and again I give it five stars. Last but not least the host was very easy to communicate with and instructions for access was clear and understandable. Loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying here for my husband’s birthday. It is the perfect location to walk everywhere. The property was super clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day of enjoyment. That’s for sharing your beautiful home with us! Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful spot, just around the corner from the Civil Rights Museum. A quick walk to some fun local spots for food or drinks or about a half mile to Beale street. Communication with Chris was wonderful and the place was perfect with lots of amenities, especially off street parking. One note, there were lots of stairs to get to the main floor, which wasn’t a problem, but make sure you’re ready for a climb.

This place is great. The location is great. It is so clean and communication with the owner is excellent. If we ever come to Memphis again I will definitely try to book this condo again.

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to Beale St. Trolley stop right outside the door if you don’t want to walk. Nice location with coffee shop and golfing bar across the street. Will definitely go back to this property if ever in Memphis again.

We love the cleanliness, gated parking and full, blast water pressure for the showers. The bedroom fans are bonuses.

What a lovely gem in the middle of Memphis! Everything about this property was perfect! The rooms, the location, the cleanliness.. it is the complete package! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again as it was perfectly located to the Lorraine Motel( literally right out the back door) and the trolley, Beale Street and the awesome trails to run on nearby. Thank you Chris for an amazing experience! Our whole family was so impressed and grateful for this amazing space to experience Memphis!!

We loved our stay. This has to be the best place to stay in town. The location is perfect. Walking distance to just about everything and the Trolley stops right out your front door. The home was perfect and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We will be back.

Perfect place to stay in Memphis. Great location. Close to major sites we wanted to see. Grocery store 1/3 of a mile away. Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. Trolley right outside. Walked to Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Took a long walk across the Mississippi River using a pedestrian bridge fairly close to the home. Home is exactly as pictured and described. Great to have a nice, quiet respite after a day of activities in the summer heat. Excellent communication. Easy check in and check out. Owner includes extras such as main toiletries, fans, a white noise machine. Kitchen easy to work in. Washer and dryer a huge plus.

Home's quirky layout was so easy to get used to. Property was so clean and nice! Property manager was quick to respond when needed. Property is so near history it's unreal. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We try to visit Memphis annually to visit family and enjoy a summer holiday. Although the matriarch of the family stays with her nephew, we prefer to stay in town to be close to the many attractions Memphis has to offer. We found Chris’s property on Main Street and couldn’t be happier with the location and accommodations. This property was spotless: you know a place is clean when you look at the vents in the bathrooms and there is no dust accumulation. We were directly in front of the National Civil Rights Museum (a must see). Also, the trolley station is right outside the front door and there are several breakfast options within a block. The house was tastefully decorated and the hosts provided many amenities including a choice of a Mr. Coffee drip coffeemaker or a Keurig. Although we used our own coffee, Hills Brothers was provided. We really had everything we needed; fast Internet and YouTube television. It was nice to have secure parking and no need to worry about keys as entry to unit was coded. We will definitely stay again if the unit is available the next time we visit. Thank you so very much.

We have stayed in MANY VRBOs for years - this was the cleanest & nearest we have ever stayed in! Decor was lovely, well stocked with thoughtful touches, new appliances, beds comfortable, good water pressure, secure parking, convenient location. I would absutely stay here again. Christopher was very available & helpful. Was concerned about location driving in but it is just within an area that is renovated w cute shops & lofts - felt very safe once we arrived. Wish we could have spent more time there & would recommend it highly!

The location of this unit was amazing for our planned activities for our weekend in Memphis, Tennessee! Offstreet parking was also a significant benefit.

This property was amazing. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. As a tea drinker, I was thrilled to find a tea pot in the cupboard! The location was perfect. Close to everything and having the trolley out front was perfect. Loved being so close to Central BBQ (best chocolate cake!) We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Memphis.

A unique apartment in an urban setting that is within walking distance of Beale Street, great restaurants, the Lorraine Hotel, and many other sights. We parked our car in the secure lot and walked everywhere. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Make sure to ask Chris about his recommendations and he will email you his “Memphis guide”. We highly recommend this place.

Location was perfect if you want to explore Memphis. Trolley outside, many things in walking distance (try Central Barbeque and Arcade, both in walking distance). Clean and very comfortable. Gated parking a plus. Be aware, lots of stairs. For me, I liked it because we were on upper floor and looked out over street. But if you have anyone that cannot maneuver stairs very well, just an FYI. I will definitely stay here again!

The place is walking distance to many attractions including Beale St and the Lorraine hotel. The place was extremely clean and decorated nicely. Chris was super responsive with questions for this north Midwest girl who is not used to the city life. 5 stars around.
