En-suite bathroom?

everything was fabulous. the hosts very friendly and informative. They took great pride in the property and gardens and all were immaculate. I normally stay in hotels but am now a convert to B&Bs (well maybe just this one)!given the quality and care. the bed super comfortable, everything pristine clean. I had dinner on a couple of occasions as well as the breakfasts and the food was delicious. very generous portions (I have a good appetite) and very well presented. the service was top notch too. thank you both Roger and Maureen. wish I could give 11/10

Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Never stayed at a B & B before, anywhere in the world where breakfast was not included unless you paid extra. That put a damper on the stay. They do have a mini fridge in the room however, so easy to bring your own continental if you don't eat the full English

Hosts very friendly and being able to order a tasty supper was a bonus. Great location and friendly atmosphere.

Very surprised that breakfast was not included in the price, when it's described as bed and breakfast and the website even has a description of the breakfast. This should be made clear up front, The room and bathroom were a bit cramped though comfortable. Had to remove dust from bedside table and lamp and wash the cups and glasses.

Was made to feel right at home, breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the home made bread was excellent. We'll done Roger for your hospitality and was lovely to meet Max there little westie

you could not have asked for anything better, even down to the home-made yogurt and marmalade. It was all so very well presented.

Great place to stay. Good homecooked food, great hosts, and perfect accommodation. Would fully recommend staying. Pet friendly, too. Bonuses all round.

Breakfast in the morning was easy to organise and tasted great. Hosts were very welcoming (along with a lovely little dog).

Brilliant location, very accomodating and friendly hosts

The owners went above and beyond what I expected. The bed was fabulous, not the horrible nasty, cheap nylon float aways that you get in other *Lodges and *Inn's where they replace good bedding with "Can't you just turn the heating up and cook yourself through the night?". The Cables was fabulous. 5 *
