Silia was very friendly and accommodated our needs because we had just lost our wallet and some travel documents. This is a large family home with guest rooms and is exceptionally quiet in itself and in a very neat and quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the hutle and butle of the harbour.

Amazing place! Not close to the historical centre but Malta is well connected by buses (it became a recurring joke between me and my friend - won’t ever forget bus 91). It was nice to go to a more quiet place by the end of the day and unwind.
The place is super clean and the fact that there are only 3 private rooms makes it cozy and small.
There’s only one toilet for the 3 rooms but since me and my mate got up early and back late, we never had an issue. If you’re a nester kind of traveler and spend a lot of time indoors, might be something to consider.
And Silia was amazing. She offered us to check out later (a lot) for free and to store our bags. Malta is such a welcoming country and this place is definitely worth a visit. Bonus point for the free cookies, tea, coffee, cooking oil and spices and the beach side just a 10 min walk from the place.

Great owner Ersilia. The owner allowed us to check in before 14:00. We were grateful to her after the tiring journey. She explained everything perfectly. She was always helpful via WhatsApp. The room was pleasant, air-conditioned. Everything corresponds to the photos. I can recommend staying here. Thank you for everything!

It's a very nice place located in a beautiful Maltese street very close to the bus stop and close to the beach. Very communicative and helpful owner. Large comfortable rooms, kitchen and living room available. This place is really recommendable.

Esilia was very welcoming and helpful during our stay! She is a perfect host! The place was super clean, has a shared kitchen and common area to relax. There is also a small balcony to dry your clothes. The size of the room is also spacious and has AC! Very important if you travel to Malta in summer!
Maybe a small thing that can be improves is the noisiness of the doors. Of course it is an older building so the isolation between the rooms is not the best. You can hear every door squeaking and people talking and walking on the hallway. But it's really minor.

The location was amazing, close to the beach and a big bus station.
The host was super nice and always available. She even made it a point to try and fix the airconditioning before we even asked.
The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We really recommend it.

The host, Ersilia was so kind and welcoming. The house was very spacious, clean and the bathroom and kitchen were even equipped with some essentials that you may have forgotten to pack. The location was very peaceful and quiet and a nice walking distance from the centre of Marsaskala and the bus station. Also around the corner there were two convenience shops that you could buy food and drinks and even other essentials.

The location was really nice - walking distance to a beach on one side and a promenade on the other side. We really liked the stay, the communication with the host was very good. Ersilia was very responsive and she reached out well in advance to plan the check-in. The apartment was very clean and had all the basic requirements. Highly recommend!
Nothing much I could think of. We traveled with the car, so it was a bit difficult to find a free parking spot in the same street some times

The apartment was clean in every aspect. The host kept it clean and neat. She was very nice and helpful. It is roughly 10 minutes walk from the center of Marsaskala. St Thomas Bay beach is also about 8-10 mins walk. Bus stop is about 3 mins from the apartment.
Beds were a bit hard for the back, but this is a personal preference.

Silia communicated everything via WhatsApp before, during & after our stay. The facilities were spotless, everything provided towels, coffee, shampoo

Very friendly accommodation with a homely atmosphere. The owner is willing to help and advise. Quiet and nice place. I like it so much.

very clean and comfortable stay! the kitchen is fully equipped and has some ingredients so you dont have to buy them: salt, oil,… the owner was very kind and helpful, and open to any questions!

The fact that it had toiletries to use in the bathroom was a lovely touch. The sitting area is nice and spacious as well as the kitchen. Very Pretty place.
There was no TV😅. The air conditioner wasn't working. Only cold air came out.

I was travelling on a budget so the price was what attracted me. I was also trying to avoid big chains of hotels, and support local guesthouses. The owner was such a lovely person. She gave me advice on the nice things to do in the area and it was just generally lovely to chat with her. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook or prepare your lunch. And the house is spacious which is also a plus.
The only downside was the bed. Not super comfortable but i sleep practically in any conditions, so this shouldn’t stop you unless you’re unconditional on bed comfort.

Breakfast included adn very tasty.
Perfect cleaness is that what I love and this place gets 10/10.
Graet location not far from the cost or city center.
