Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass die Übergabe der Zugangscodes sehr einfach und unkompliziert war ! Die Lage war top ! Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern sauber und gut ausgestattet ! Die Panorama Fenster zum See sind atemberaubend und sehr einladend zum Entspannen dort am Fenster ! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet ! Die Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich auf dem Dach Vermieter über WhatsApp jeder Zeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit !

Alles bestens ! Zur Info für ältere Menschen mit Gehproblemen das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss ... Für mich war allerdings gar kein Problem ! Nebendran gerade eine Baustelle ... Ich habe aber keine Lärmbelästigung empfunden und Nachts mit Ohropax geschlafen, damit ich früh nicht aufgeweckt werde !

clean, modern, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a central location. The main living area has been extended by enclosing the. balcony. The apartment is on the top (third floor) of the building, entry to the building and to the apartment is via security codes so no keys to lose! The roof has a couple of sun loungers and could be a fabulous space with the addition of some patio furniture and a couple of plants (just a thought..!) Plenty of places to eat and drink and within easy walking distance of the beach and main tourist attractions. Owner very responsive and helpful.

Ocean view. Free parking in underground car park opposite. Recently modernised.

During carnival it was noisy on Friday / Saturday nights.

Property was spacious and clean in a good location with plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Please be aware that there are from time to time live music shows which can get very loud, which can be a nuisance if you want peace and quiet. Fortunately, we just sat in the bedroom to avoid this noise.

Location excellent. Good size apartment, very modern and with good quality furniture. Great shower. Very clean.Air conditioning very effective. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Lack of any information booklet with instructions/guidance about garbage disposal, parking arrangements, local information eg recommended restaurants, doctors etc. Poor communication following booking about arrival and departure arrangements.

Great location in Arrecife. Not sure if I would have enjoyed staying in a different part of the town to be honest. Lots of, cafeterias,bars and shops are right below the apartment but it wasn't noisy at all. The apartment is a 3 bed and quite good for a family. Also has private undercover parking which is great!

Probably needed a few more bathroom, kitchen necessities if a family was staying for a week as it is a 3 bed accommodation, toilet paper, coffee etc.
