Extremely friendly hosts. Quite place. Big apartment. Delicious breakfasts. Play area in dining room.

Small dining area. Sometimes can be not enough tables for all guests.

+ Our room was really spacious and we didn't mind angled ceiling (we were staying at the topmost floor). + Bathroom was really big and comfortable. + Rooms were mostly soundproof, so we didn't hear anything from neighboring apartments and the building is not next to the main road, which equals extremely calm and peaceful environment. + Kitchenette was satisfyingly equiped and we used it to cook some basic meals without any problems. + Everything was super clean and the owners did not check and clean the room during the course of our stay (which is a plus for us). + WiFi was strong and stable throughout the whole stay, albeit a bit slower (averaging at about 8 Mbps) + Breakfast was always good and fresh. + There is a nice outside area for children to play and for BBQ. + Parking was available right next to the apartments.

- AirConditioning was not AirConditioning at all, it's honestly a joke and not a very good one at that. When I told the owner when we were leaving, that it is broken, he explained that it is a heat recovery unit, which effectively does not work as AC at all. Fortunately we did not need it (except for the first day) due to the fantastic weather, but had we needed it, I would be utterly furious, because advertised AC was pretty much the reason number 1, why we chose this place. - The owner is nice, but really chatty, which someone might like, but I and my wife are socially saturated teachers, so we would prefer more of a quiet personal time during the breakfast, in course of which he was usually present. Nothing against him personally, it's just our preference. - Lighting was not good enough for reading. Two small bedside lamps are generally OK, but you would really strain your eyes using them for reading. Also the lights would be much better on some sort of a more practical nightstand than a decorative block of wood.

No complaints. A bit more powerful lightbulbs would be nice, the rooms were rather dark in the evenings
