clean comfortable room, 7-10 minutes walk from the closest beach. nice patio , with trees in front of the room . Teh Owners are very nice, always there if there js a need, if not they always available for a nice chat :) big bonus : the big parking lot which is free for guests

There are in total 6 apartments in this building, I probably rented the smallest one (more like a studio). In hindsight I should have taken a bigger apartment since I had a lot of luggage with me. But even for a small studio the quality was exceptional! Kristian and Daniella are super friendly and helpful hosts! The appartement was very clean, also very nicely decorated, the WiFi connection is one of the best I have experienced in Croatia. If you bring a lot of electronics to charge, there are a lot of power sockets in the walls to do so! The bed is very comfy as well. The window next to the bed can be closed off from daylight completely (which is important if you would otherwise wake up from daylight like I do). There are no traffic noises (or anything else) at night that keep you awake. There is also a very nice patio to sit outside. Also I highly recommend just taking the stairs down from the apartment towards the coast and you end up in the old fishing docks of Volosko. I liked that place a lot more than going to Opatija. Also the Lungemare is a very nice promenade to walk, both at daytime and at nightfall. I walked it from the start at Volosko to the famous seagull statue in Opatija and back. In 1 direction it’s about 30 minutes walking.

Maybe the kitchen was a little bit on the small side but they have done the maximum they can do with the space they have. And even the kitchen was very clean and well decorated.

Big suite enough for 5 people, fully equipped kitchen, cleanliness, private parking just off the main street

Privacy is somewhat questionable since glass doors and lot of people walking in front of the room, so... Parking lot is easy to find once you know where it is, but on the first visit? well, no.

Perfect, clean, fully furnished

Lovely self contained apartment in a family home on the outskirts of Opatija,the hosts were welcoming and friendly,the communication with the hosts was clear and consise,the apartment was really clean and welcoming,all in all a really good stay,the location is a good 20 minute walk into the town,the beache area really near 5 mins away.

Just a bit too far out for me having said that the location was beautiful and this is no reflection on how welcome the hosts made me feel!!

It was a great apartment close to the Beach. It was private but still cosy. Sweet host who took her time to answer questions. The Beach were perfect and rijeka city was very nearby.

The Apartment was really clean and spacious. Kitchen and the rooms are equipped in all necessary stuff. It has a big parking so there is not a problem to park a car. View from the balcony was amazing.

Nice view from terasse on sea

The hosts were approachable and unobtrusive. Upon arrival, we received the necessary information and a map of the city with marked sights. Parking on-premises.

Unfortunately, due to the works within the building, we did not get the apartment we booked "One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View". On the arrival, the hosts offered us a replacement accommodation "Comfort Two-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View", which unfortunately did not have a living room in the way we expected, which is why we originally chose "One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View" apartment. Because of that, we were a little disappointed. We could have been told in advance that our apartment is not available so that we could decide whether the replacement accommodation suits us or not before arriving in Opatija. Everything else was fine.

The apartment was bigger than expected and had a wonderful sea view. The host are lovely and fun. Big parking on premises. Great kitchen and washing machine.

This wasn't a problem for us, but I wouldn't recommend this place for people who have difficulties to walk. Indeed you need to take stairs from the parking to the apartment and the place is the heights, so you need to walk down to the Lungomare and walk up back.

The apartment has a good seaview. It was a good value for the price. It is pretty spacious and there are all facilities one needs. It has a private parking space too! He hosts were very friendly and easygoing.

It didn't go well, we dropped a bottle just as we were leaving and so had to leave a mess for which we apologise other than that we had a good stay

Had problem with buzzer for check in -minor but needs to be checked to ensure working. Also states ground level but there are steps which could be a problem for people with mobility issues.
