Absolutely the best stay we've had in many years of traveling around Europe. The house & studio: exceptional! Very nice & modern design, well-lit spacious room, convenient bathroom is well suited for a romantic vacation for two or a family stay. The room had everything-front the necessities to small details which were a pleasant surprise. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, big enough fridge to accommodate all groceries. 1 min to the bus stop, 5 min to the supermarket, 10 to the nearest beautiful Nikolina beach - location is great! The views from the windows deserve separate comment - from the 2nd floor, we had a picturesque view over mountains, sea coast and island - fabulous day or night. The hosts: friendly and sincere people with open hearts. They treated us in the most welcoming way. Everything - from a very nice introduction and explanations about the resort upon arrival with a welcome ice cream, to a dinner for all the guests and a little good-bye memorabilia made us feel at home & sure if we visit Croatia & Baska voda again we will stay at Adria Apartments.

Very friendly hosts, perfect cleanliness in the apartments, wonderful beach. Wife and son are delighted!

Great host!! Welcome us friendly with welcome drinks, he was very helpful all the time, and gave us good bye present also! The location is awesome, the beach is 10 minutes by walk!

The location is a bit uphill from beach , but at the end it is not so far

It was a great vacation. The apartment has everything you need. It is very clean and looks like new. The host is helpful and kind. We got very tasty fish for dinner on Friday (suprise ) If you have children with their beach equipment, you should know that the apartment is on the last line from the sea and the way back might be a problem for you. But on the other hand ... it's a vacation so you can walk

I really recommend this guesthouse! The owners are very friendly, location is great, and the view from the window is picturesque. I really enjoyed my stay there:)

We have been in Adria apartments for already two times and planning to come and stay again! It has the perfect location, 5-7min from the beach. It’s the best place to meet sunset from apartment’s balcony. And from the other side of the apartments there is stunning mountain view. Highly recommend, as it is new and perfectly clean. All necessary things for cooking and visitors comfort are here. The owners are so nice and friendly! Thanks to them we discovered the new interesting sightseeing must visit places! Supermarkets, restaurants are in 5-7 min.
