Gorgeous spot

The view is nice if you are in the right room as some have the parking lot and then the panoramic view in the background so to get a good value for money, you need to ask a room near the pool (except the two rooms that are on the path so everybody is passing by your terrace). Room is large for two people and well equipped. Breakfast offered the first day.

Well, I would have preferred a room without the parking lot in the foreground. it devalues ​​the value for money a lot. Another strange moment concerns the deposit you have to pay (200 euros): the staff told me that it was not charged on my payment card but in fact it really is and I am now waiting to get the money back (I left yesterday). It must be clearly explained/ stated. Don't beat around the bush and tell it like it is!

We usually book purely private appartments but this one feels exactly like it with even more comfort. Well located to visit the majority of the island and close to nice local beaches without mass tourism (except Anse Dufour). Exceptional staff, super friendly, helpful, nice to talk to, very welcoming. Nice appartments with equipped kitchen and small terrace, super clean and functional with taste. Good appartment space for families of 2 to 4 people, possibility of joint flats. Daily bread service if wanted which is comfy. Good location overlooking part of the bay and the main beach. Steep walk from the beach to the flat. Beach has numerous snacks/restaurants, water activities such as diving, snorkeling, jet ski but not crowded overall, nice and relaxed atmosphere. Nice and big enough pool to swim and enjoy. We also loved the possibility to reserve a 'salon de départ", shower and toilet facility to use for free after beach time before you hop on your plane back home

Nothing we did not like but a suggestion to add some more atmospheric light to the pool in the evening even if it closes at 8pm

Stunning view to the sea and mountains with sunset, well furnished and kitchen well equipped. Very kind and handy english speaking staff which is not usual in this location. All amenities and beach are very close.

Perfect studio for a long weekend. we had a great set of rooms that were private. We were able to cook meals and enjoy Christmas dinner on our terrace without neighbors around. The staff are always helpful.

we found the apartment too dark, the windows are made out of dark wood.

First of all, the place is astonishing. The views, the nature, the flowers, lizards and hummingbirds - it's great. Room was very spacious, with usable kitchen and a really nice big bathroom. Beds are great, plenty of space for everything. The staff was super helpful both while at the property and when organizing taxi from the airport to the hotel. Location is great - one awesome beach is only a short walk away and you can find many bars and restaurants there. On that beach there is also a quay where a cheap ferry can get you to Fort-de-France. The other more private beach is a short hike away. I'd rate the location as simply excellent.

Honestly, the hotel is great. If I have to nitpick and look for something to improve then it would be the breakfast which is typical French croissant/pain au chocolat that you have to pick up from the front desk at specific hours. But it's France, so you have to deal with it anyway.

Nice place. Spacious, comfortable room. Nice view. In the kitchen - everything you need (including coffee, tea, sugar, milk and jam). On the first day we even got a free breakfast (croissants) - a trifle, but pleasant. Especially since we hadn't bought anything after the long flight. Very responsive guy at the reception.
