Clean newly renovated. equipped with some kitchenwares and cooking burner. staff very kind and arrange tours. small but cute elevator. ground floor is really nice restaurant. i am really satisfied in everything, quality vs price, staff service. strong recommend this hotel.

The location is very good. The staff offered an early check in and later check out , when rooms were available. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We paid and upgraded to a triple room, but was given a double room. The cupboards of the first room we stayed in was filled with hairdryers, kettles etc and felt like we were given a staff room.

Do not spend money on “ honeymoon suite”. It is a regular room. Room could be updated more. Above on 3rd floor is a beautiful room and proper suite.

Great location, very friendly and helpfuk staff! Good choice for those willing to stay in the center of Zakynthos (Zante Town), and close to everything!

- Could have been cleaner but it was ok - Breakfast was a la cart, not many options but it was tasty - Unlike all the other staff woman who served us at the breakfast was a bit rude

We had numerous problems with the accommodation. We booked the hotel transfer in advance and they just FORGOTTEN us at the airport. We waited for 1 hour without being able to contact and then managed to get a taxi. We missed the sunset. There was not even an apology or compensation. We also hired an ATV with them for the night. They forgot again and only provided the next day at 11am. We were very harmed in our itinerary by the hotel. The room is very old and the bed is uncomfortable. I do not recommend!!

Absolutely stunning view from the hotel, if you choose "See view room" option, which I highly recommend. The whole Marina of Zakynthos and the endless Ionian see will be in front of you, with all the small, big and bigger boats and yachts anchoring/anchored at the port. There is a lot of buzz in front of the hotel, so be prepared, if you expected a quieter place. Yet sleeping is not a problem, if you close the balcony and turn on the excellent A/C of the hotel. The location of the hotel is also great - at minutes of distance from the main shopping street and the main town sqaure, where you can enjoy shopping, tasting delicious sea food, or just taking a sip of coffee or a refreshing cocktail. This place has a lot of Italian atmosphere, which is amplified a lot by the italian speech you can hear almost everywhere, due to the fact that many italian tourists visit Zakynthos for their vacation. Otherwise the room was super very clean every day, since the staff performed this service on a daily basis. Absolutely spacious bathroom with all the necessary stuff. Beds are very comfy. Hotel personnel is smiley and helpful. The balcony is perfect with all the necessary fittings to have a romantic evening with a glass of wine/ouzo/beer :) The restaurant below the rooms belongs to the same owner and on your choice from the menu you can have a variety of food and drinks. The portions are big and the food is quite tasty and fresh. Definitely will come back again at Dali.

Parking is a challenge, but having a good strategy you can always find a place nearby. Just need to be patient enough to wait until someone vacates a parking lot. My average waiting time was 5-10 minutes :)

very mucky. we was outside the office at a5 the wardrobes where full of stationary, doors had splats all over, thick dust along surfaces. microwaves was disgusting. the bathroom tiles where grimy, door handles where just disgusting I took photos of it all. it was shocking. we did however see in a1 and that looks completely different. confusing how nicely it was finished with furniture and the floor ect. breakfast was very limited. we ended up skipping as there was 3 choice. on the last day we did however ask for just fruit which she did give us. disappointed from the photos I saw on booking.

The air conditioning in the harbour front room just didn’t cut it. You shouldn’t need a fan in a €200 per night, air conditioned room. Whilst in a good location, this hotel is overpriced for the amenities it offers.

Staff Food Balcony Cleane Every day

They provided a baby crib and installed it. Good air conditioning and a nice terrace. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

We are a family of three and for us the room was not practical at all. We had a kitchenette, but very limited number & variety of dishes, although there was a shisha underneath the kitchen sink for some reason?! There was no dining table or chairs to eat in the room (a bureau and a chair where present, but you could not sit properly and use it). There was no place to dry our clothes so we asked if they can provide a clothes hanger but we never got a hold of it. There was a cleaning service each day, but it did not seem very thorough: we found dirty pillow casing when we got the room, the towel changes were inconsistent(sometimes we received 2, sometimes 4 towels), the fridge was dirty and very small, the bathroom sink and the bathroom in general were dirty, even after daily cleaning service.
