Ideal location for exploring Poole town centre and very easy to get to both the train station and ferry.

Property was clean, tidy, extremely welcoming and has well appointed bedrooms. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as comfortable common rooms and well stocked coffee room. Off road and out of sight parking for motorcycles provided as well.

It was quiet, clean and beautifully decorated. it was in a good location. Free parking and everything we could’ve hoped for our stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting family here.

Nice location, comfy bed, good sized room, easy to find, good facilities - fridge and microwave in the hallway to use, easy to check in and out.
Toilet in shared bedroom had a very weak flush and took a very long time to refill.

Room was small and had basin in room which was unnecessary due to the room also having a well equipped modern bathroom. Bed linen and towels were good quality but beds themselves were far too soft for us.

We came for one night, and this place was perfect! It is very cozy and personal, with maps, board games, books, a TV etc. Exactly what you need for a night. The fridge and the collection of warm drinks were very convenient, and it was easy to do the self check in, even late in the evening. Thanks for a nice stay!
The bed was not the most comfortable, and we could only open one window to air during the night. There were some dust in the ceiling, but overall quite clean. We would still recommend!

This was our second time staying at the annexe and have found it to be a very clean and comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in the area.
