This place have a really great potentional, but due to poor of services, like no toilet paper, no towels etc...

Comfy beds, lots of hot water .

Very run down , very basic cutlery , no knives for cutting bread or preparation of food . No can opener or bottle openers .One blanket for all the beds ! Very old lumpy pillows .Ill fitting furniture which meant a door could not be shut from the kitchen .A bottom floor apartment with a view of steps at the front and a sunny courtyard at the back which we could not access. Broken chair on patio,and broken toilet . Advertised WiFi but had to ask for this !!!! No settee to sit on to watch Tv just a bed !

This company manages a number of properties in Isola Rossa. Since it was September, we were able to switch from our first place which wasn't so nice to a lovely apartment for just a bit extra. There is a wide range of possibilites in Isola Rossa, so give them a call and ask for photos and suggestions. They are very nice and helpful. Isola Rossa has great beaches, and interesting coastline for exploring. We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay immensely. Though, it was September and the crowds had already gone. I don't think it would be nice in August.

The first place we stayed was not good, but the upgraded place was fantastic - night and day. While not the fault of the company or owners, there was a lot of trash blowing around in the back garden of our apartment from the recycling bins. Some clean up by the town would be appreciated, but maybe this is just Italy?

Amazing location! We had a sea view from our balcony. Super close (100m) to both beaches. Restaurant below apartment with great pizza. Apartment was really nice. Nice personel

Unfortunately lack of wi-fi. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Lack of towels

Location just few steps from the beach with a great price.

Little stinky bathroom, noise from the street, but it was expected, sofa was very uncomfortable, money for the bed steets and towels and no working wifi.

The communication was terrible. We were supposed to come at 4pm but we rented a car earlier so I sent a requirement for an earlier arrival to the owner through contact info on booking. There wasn't any address of the apartment on booking so I texted him multiple times politely asking where should we go. I also left him numerous missed calls. Nothing, no answer, he ignored me. We ended up wandering around Isola rossa, looking for the damn apartment, asking Italian strangers for help. It took us almost two hours to get in touch with someone from the agency. We received upgraded apartment which was very nice but the owner was extremely rude. His reaction when I asked him why he didn't pick up the phone or answer my messages was I should have found the address on Google, he basically said it's my fault and he adviced me to "use my head next time" instead of apologizing. What the hell? He lied that this never happened before although when I checked the bad reviews obviously I wasn't the only one who couldn't find the address anywhere and was left ignored for half of the day of arrival. I've never ever experienced such rude behavior towards clients. The address of the agency was in the conditions of booking, which obviously I haven't checked because I have no idea I should look for some address in this section. Employees of the agency hardly spoke English. They didn't tell us there is an electric boiler switch so we were without warm water during our whole stay. Air condition didn't work properly. There were drops of water and sometimes even small pieces of ice falling off the air condition machine. The equipment was very basic, there wasn't even one single sharp knife to use in the kitchen. Also at least one roll of toilet paper would be nice for the arrival. There was no detergent to wash the dishes with.

The Girls in the Office are very friendly and nice. I stayed ther two weeks in two diffrent rooms, one had a very poorly view onto a tennis court on the Mainstreet from isola rossa (with no ocean view) but it had Aircondition in the livingroom (that did not really reach the bedroom) the other one had no air condition, it also was not in isola rossa but in the little town before isola rosse (paduledda) and it had a wonderful view! The matraze was horrible but after i told that at the reception they changed it the next few days. Both kitchends where new. After all it was a good stay! Thank you

No Wifi anywhere near the Appartments. Not all appartments have all the trashcans needet to put out your trash. TV only in italien (but who watches really TV in there vacation?). The floor was just broomed not whiped.
