Very enjoyable stay. Great attention to the details even nice fans in the bedrooms much needed in our stay during hot weather in June. Great modern facilities, very comfortable in all respects, just Book It.

Everything about this property is home from home. It’s spacious and comfortable, especially the bed, and immaculately clean. Was perfect for the chill out weekend we were looking for and next time we will take our bikes as the property has a very secure space to keep them. All in all 10 out of 10. Thank you xx

Cottage is absolutely gorgeous but far too much 'stuff'. It was more like staying in someone's private house than a holiday cottage. Nobody needs so much crockery and cutlery etc, nor other people's left over food (some of it out if date). There was not one kitchen cupboard free when we arrived. Could have done with some instructions on how to use the heating etc. Thankfully we did not need it. But we had a lovely stay.

Brilliant location, only a short walk to the town, quay and station. Lovely outside space (bigger than it looks in the photos) and lots of downstairs space including a conservatory that we loved! Owner was really helpful from pre-booking to post arrival and answered queries very quickly.

Lovely clean cottage with everything provided for. Good base to tour from and only a five minute walk to the harbour and high street. We were only two guests staying but required two bedrooms but I was surprised how much space there was in this property. Also the back garden was larger than indicated in the photos. Thanks.

This cottage was ideal for us. Plenty of room and choicevof sitting areas. Easy walking into the town. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy access to visit the New Forest and the coast. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

Very well appointed and owners very kind and considerate. The property is within walking distance to the High Street and the Marina. I would definitely return to this property.

The cottage was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable from the front lounge to the conservatory at the rear. The cottage is much more spacious than it appears. A short walk to shops and marina and a good base for touring. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday home. It was far bigger than we expected (there were only 2 of us), but it could have comfortably slept 4. Absolutely immaculate inside and the hosts were so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It is located on a main road into the town centre but there is private parking nearby. Secure side alley for bikes. The cottage is very spacious on the ground floor with a living room, formal dining room, 'diner' space, kitchen and conservatory - the last opens onto a small terrace which catches the sun for much of the day. Bit tighter upstairs but plenty of space for four people. Very well equipped with most things you are likely to need for a week's stay. Easy walk to the High Street with its wide range of shops (bad news is that this involves passing the excellent Toot Sweets ice cream parlour!) but also to the Quay and footpaths out to the coast and countryside. Highlights included Hurst Castle, ferry to the Isle of Wight, meal at Lane's restaurant, The Pig at Brockenhurst (lunch on the terrace) and the Nature Reserve. An excellent base to explore from - the car did not move in the week.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable town house. The amenities were excellent. It is just a few minutes walk from the town centre and the quayside. Lymington has a lot to offer.

Property is in a great location with the parking spot visible from the address. Literally one minute walk into town with a nice pub around the corner. Loads of space and different rooms in the cottage and it was spotless. Would definitely stop again and recommend to friends.

Excellent. Well equipped, clean, comfortable (especially bed),great location for cycling, eating & drinking and transport links. Easy to find and parking space was much appreciated in such a town centre location. Only slight issue was the traffic noise but we are more sensitive than most because we live in a remote rural area!

We couldn't have asked for more. My family and I needed a place to stay between properties and not all places were happy to rent accommodation with the government's strict guidelines. We were in the category that allows us to rent a property and Lynn very kindly agreed to let us stay in her house. We were given clear information about parking and getting into the house, we found it far bigger than expected and it was so well equipped for the most comfortable stay. Beds are extremely comfortable, best sleep ever!! The showers were so powerful and luxurious. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for all your foodie needs, we cook a lot and were not disappointed. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Lymington on foot, really close to amenities. Also ideally based for excursions around the New Forest area. We could not have asked for more. We thoroughly recommend that you stay here if wishing to take in all the area has to offer.

Das Haus ist einfach zu finden und befindet sich in der Nähe des Hafens und den Restaurants, die fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen sind. Auch ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus selbst ist etwas verbaut und leider geht einer der beiden Schlafräume im Obergeschoss Richtung Straße, ist deshalb etwas lauter, wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Im kleinen, feinen Aussenbereich haben wir wundervolle Abende verbracht und konnten uns bei aufkommendem Gewitter noch weiter im Wintergarten aufhalten. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Betten/Matratzen bequem und auch Sachen wie Zucker, Salz, Öl, etc. waren vorhanden, was uns das Ankommen immer erleichtert. Alle Geräte (TV, Waschmaschine u.s.w.) waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr, sehr gut. Gerne wieder.
