An absolutely wonderful place to vacation with your family! Beautiful home & beautiful setting on the bay. The sunrises were absolutely breathtaking! Tom & Eileen are wonderful hosts, simply the best. They bent over backwards to help us when the weather turned bad. Truly an awesome vacation home!

An amazing week for our family at this beautiful waterfront home. Big and roomy, it really was perfect for us. We brought our 17’ Whaler and docked it right at the house. The expansive view is breathtaking!! Huge backyard was perfect for corn hole, sunning, reading etc! Many deck were so great and all were happily used. The owners are fantastic and so responsive. My takeaway is- I would live here if I could! We will be coming back next summer!!

Had a wonderful time at this home, plenty of room for us to spread out while offering great places for us to all hang out together, beautiful view every morning and evening. Beautiful yard, great deck for BBQ, We especially loved the use of the paddleboard‘s and the kayaks , it truly was the perfect week away with family and we would definitely return.

This house is perfect for large groups. The yard is even better than the photos, nice huge yard to lay out/hang out with the dock to fish or crab off of. You can’t beat the view of the entire bay and LBI bridge either on the dock or the huge deck. Check in/out is super convenient. 3 floors to hang out on plus a pool table room off the dining room. We will definitely be back next year!

We loved this spacious, airy, beautifully decorated home! We had a mini-family reunion here that totaled 3 households, 6 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog. The home was super clean, had EVERY appliance we could want, gorgeous views, TVs that were easy to operate for the entire household and just a great seaside vibe. We were here during the winter/off-season so we couldn't really take advantage of the kayaks or other water sports right off the dock, but I can only imagine how incredible that aspect would be in the summer! We did play a TON of pool and go for short excursions around town and to the beach and overall, it is a wonderful home with easy check in and out, high quality clean linens, and just all around a great experience that we will not forget. And as a nature lover, I could not get enough of the ocean scenery and wildlife, cormorants, seagulls, geese, ducks, and SWANS right off the dock everyday. Just beautiful!

We had a wonderful family getaway to this spacious property. Lots of room for six adults. View of the water and bridge are stunning. Particularly at sunrise. Comfy beds and seating. Linens provided by a service which was nice and easy. Pool table was a plus. Hosts warm and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property.

A lovely bay front property across the causeway from LBI. Plenty large, open, and spacious for a big group hanging out especially when the weather is rainy. Sheets and towels cleaned professionally. Owners are very nice.

This house was very well equipped with 2 paddle boards, two man kayaks, 1 single man kayak, beach chairs, bayside adorondek chairs (big and small) and lounging chairs, 2 kids small canoes, crabbing cages, bikes and many amenities inside the house. The dock was great for crabbing, fishing, and the water was about 4 feet deep. The view was great of LBI and causeway. I have rented several houses and the owners care and update to ensure your vacation is a pleasant experience. I would definitely have a family reunion here again!

This is a great home for larger families with enough room for everyone to have some private space. Perfect for an active family with pets too. Docks and decks and a fantastic bay view lead to a week that was truly "relaxing." Host and Hostess were nearby and attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely rent again.

This is our third year at this house. We love it because we can entertain guests and have plenty of room. The kayaks are great and things get fixed very promptly. Tom and Eileen are great hosts.

I have waited a few weeks since our stay to write this review. We stayed in mid August with 4 other couples and I wanted to talk to them about my comments before writing this review. Overall, our stay was very nice. The location is very good if you do not want to stay right on LBI. To be fair though, I think guests should know that this home could use some TLC. For example, in all 3 of the bathrooms, the towel bars were falling off. The carpeting was quite dirty, and could have used a good cleaning. It seemed like it was more than just from this one summer season. Paint was peeling in some of the bathrooms. I would have to say that the impression of the home was not as good as we had hoped based on reviews and pictures. I am sorry to write this, as I do not normally write anything negative, but I think it is only fair to point this out to future potential guests as I would have wanted someone to do the same for me.

Lovely bay home with great water views, and water amenities. The homeowners were wonderful, and available for any needs that arose. House was large enough to comfortably fit our family for a reunion. It was conveniently located near stores, and LBI. It was one of the nicest houses we rented down the shore, in a while. It was well equipped, and we found everything we needed very easily.

House was GREAT, our family enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving week down the shore.

We enjoyed our time spent here with our family. We are repeat renters and always have had a positive experience with the landlord.

We had a great weekend at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone (10 total - 6 adults, 4 kids), and it was great to be on the water. Eileen was very accommodating and even stopped by with some extra essentials when we noticed some items were missing. We had never been to the Jersey Shore and really enjoyed our time there - Eileen had some great recommendations on places to check out that were family friendly. Thanks to both Tom and Eileen for sharing your home with us - we'd love to be back.

Our group included six adults and five children (ranging from 6 to 3 years old) during a stay in early August, 2017. The house was perfect for the group. We never felt uncomfortable or cramped and everyone had their own space. The kids loved hunting for crabs and fishing from the dock. We ate all our meals on the deck and used the grill provided with the house. The location was also great for our group. The house is located on a family friendly and quiet street. It was also close to some restaurants and grocery stores. Although we were not on LBI, it only took 15 minutes to drive to the beaches on LBI (where there was plenty of parking) and no more than 30 minutes to get to the far ends of LBI. Tom and Eileen were great hosts and provided helpful suggestions on activities, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is among the largest in the area. The layout is ideal for entertaining with 4 bedrooms on the top floor, living space on the second floor and a 2 bedroom/full bath/living room separate space on the first floor that was perfect for guests that need their own "apartment" type space with 3 TVs and plenty of room to expand, lounge and hang out away from the rest of the house. The views are amazing. They cannot be overstated and the house maximizes the views with multiple large decks and plenty of outdoor dining space. The large grill right off the kitchen is hooked up to the gas so it never runs out! What a luxury!! The pool table has been well used but I t is in good shape and our guests thoroughly enjoyed playing every day and especially when it rained. There are 4 full baths in this house which means after the beach it doesn't take long to get everyone cleaned up for dinner. The water system allows the showers to be used simultaneously and we never ran out of hot water even with 10 people in the house. The 2 double kayaks were used daily and lifting them into the water was easy with the large dock that extends far over the water. The stand up paddle board was a great surprise and enjoyed by the kids and teens especially. The crab traps were another added bonus - we added bait and were quickly engrossed in checking the traps several times each day. The AC system is dual zoned and very powerful. The array of appliances in the kitchen - toaster oven, toaster, margarita maker, keurig, blender, hand mixer, etc. was amazing. The clothes washer and extra large dryer were extremely efficient and made beach clean up easy even with lots of beach towels. This house will be extremely hard to top with owners who are nearby, extremely responsive and very helpful.

This is our second year staying here. We love the location, house, views, and basically everything! This is a perfect home to rent for a stay at the shore! We enjoy the kayaks, paddle board, crabbing, and the local area. We always have such a great time here and it is so relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home with our family of twelve. Two Grandparents, 4 adults and 6 kids! Plenty of space and plenty to do!

We had a group of 12 stay here over New Year's weekend and had a blast. The view of the causeway off the back deck is incredible and it looks beautiful at night when its lit up. There were enough rooms to accommodate everyone, a pool table right in the middle of everything, space for games, an extra fridge, accessible washer/dryer, gas grill, plenty of parking, and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner met us there when he said he would and was very easy to work with. He showed us around the place and gave us all the information we needed about the neighborhood and such; it was overall a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend this location and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We just spent an incredible week at this amazing house. The views are unbeatable! Plenty of room and things to do without ever leaving the property! We would highly recommend this house for your next rental! The owners were a pleasure to work with and very helpful. We can't say enough good things about the house. It has everything you need for a great vacation...pool table, kayaks, paddle board, games, crabbing and the most amazing views. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home for the week!

Thanks to Tom and Eileen for a wonderful week! The house was all we could wish for and more, with plenty of room for all 13 of us plus open space for extras on air mattresses. Stunning sunrises every morning made for a peaceful start to each day. The kayaks and paddle board were fun for all, when we weren't parked on the deck or the dock talking, eating, sipping cocktails and just enjoying life. Beaching it on LBI was an easy drive, too. We ate all but 2 meals at the house, taking full advantage of the big, well-equipped kitchen and gas grill. This house was made for family fun and togetherness. Five+ stars!

Stayed with my large family and we enjoyed every minute!!! Fully utilized the spacious accommodations and thoroughly enjoyed the perfect location.. Beautiful home offers something for everyone, all ages. Modern open layout on the inside with spectacular decking overlooking the magnificent serenity of the bay...all while LBI boating, restaurants , water parks , and other attractions are minutes away from paradise! We couldn't have found a better house to spend our mini vacay in. We were 8 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies. Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The ground floor fit perfect for the family of 5. So much room in the entire house. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views of the bay. I would recommend this house 100% ! The pool table and kayaks were also a plus ! It was wonderful creating great memories there.
