I had a good reception.

Had a challenge in doing payment with momo. And I had to move out with that driver to get a vendor, in the name that if payment is not done I can’t be accommodated. And some of us this isn’t our first time of logging in at the hotel. And I turn to ask myself then why is an identification card required. Secondly with the mini bar in the room I assume if a person whom was logging in a particular room is being checked out it should be restocked with what ever the person might had use. Had to call front desk to request for slippers which I think it shouldn’t be so.

Situated well in the city and good for access to the airport. The breakfast choices were lovely and the staff in the food hall were attentive.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, I’ve actually never slept on a mattress so hard. It did not move, I genuinely thought it was a joke!! Very very sore back in the morning and did not sleep 😴 very well.
