The property is close to the beach

The entrance to the complex is quite tacky and poorly decorated. Furthermore, the staff and overall service and hospitality needs improvement. During our check-in there was a problem with our payment. We had pre-paid for the first half of our amount, however the system didn’t initially recognise this and we were made wait for over 20 minutes whilst the concierge was dealing with the technical mishap. In addition to this, on our last night we were disturbed by the hotel security at 1 am questioning why there were 2 of us in the room. We were awake and talking and it seemed that someone had (quite incorrectly) complained of that, and the staff response was to second guess our rights to be in the property. Needless to say we had both correctly checked in and had left our documents in the desk at the beginning of our stay as a mean to identify ourselves. The system surely would have confirmed it for them, had they checked, before making accusations. Definitely remained disappointed after that.

- The apartments are well located, very closed to the beach. - Bed and sofa-bed are confortable. - The apartment was quite clean.

- Parking cots are not included and a bit expensive. - There is an extra fee if you want to check-in in advance. - Reception stuff were not so friendly. - Apartments are not so well equipped (i.e. kitchen stuff, no hungers in the bathroom etc.) - Cleaning every four days (!?) And even when they came, they didn't really clean, just changed towels...

Everything. Room was very clean, swimming pool area very good ...

A bit far from the center and no easy to take a taxi back after a night out
