We were in town for a wedding, had 4 couples (one with a 1 year old) staying in the house and it was roomy enough for us all to be very comfortable. The property is beautiful and the hot tub in the atrium was perfect to unwind in after our 8 hour drive in. Owners/management were super communicative and helpful.

What an amazing house! I would give it a 10-star review if I could. The house had everything you could possibly need. We would cook every day, and it had every appliance, utensil, and even spices to use. We had a total of 12 guests with plenty of space for everyone to move around, and plenty of beds to sleep in. The pool table and foosball table were a big hit. There is a very large, big screen TV in the living room with plenty of seating for everyone to gather around and watch a movie. The laundry room has two sets of washing machines and dryers which was very convenient for a large group. The hot tub was a great place to unwind in the evenings. There were even some toys for toddlers up in the loft area. The best part of our stay was the continuous wildlife experiences. We had elk in the yard every day sometimes in the mornings AND in the evenings. We also had deer in the yard almost every day. About a mile from the property, we seen wild horses running. The property is secluded enough to be peaceful, quiet, and sit outside on the patio at night to view the amazing amount of stars. The location was very easy to get to Ruidoso for shopping and restaurants. The homeowner is very responsive and the check in process was very easy. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find instructions. I would highly recommend staying here it was a wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful property with all of the luxuries of home, and more. My children enjoyed the indoor hot tub, pool table and watching for elk. My husband and I enjoyed the serenity and comfortable seating. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. It was a lovely experience.

Pictures do not reflect how big this house is, in part for the interesting temperature preservation design that covers most of the house by the hill. Skylights everywhere in the house to bring natural light (clever!). Massive skylight in jacuzzi room with supper high ceiling and open space that connects all bedrooms. The distribution of the inside of the house is great, it felt like staying in a movie mansion. Again, pictures do not resemble how big and comfortable the house really is in the inside, it can easily accommodate 3-4 small families. On top of that the house is super well equipped and you can feel the effort the owners make to ensure you vacation is a memorable one. The reason I stay in owned properties like this one is because I like to feel like I am at home. I see more and more owners renting their vacation properties to account for the mortgage expenses. Some owners don’t like sharing their houses, and some find joy in sharing their houses by making others happy, that is the case here. We were scared about booking at first due to all the restrictions but we decided to anyways and let me be the first to say the photos don’t do this house any justice. The owners are amazing and went completely out of their way to ensure our stay was great. The house is very spacious and can accommodate a very large group. Every room had a spare bed so is perfect for people with children. The inside hot tub makes for a great experience. The huge yard is amazing to go exploring and looking at the scenario. We saw many elk on the drive in and had deer walking through the backyard in the evenings and morning. The house had everything you could think of needing for a vacation as for as in the kitchen and restrooms. Hands down a great experience and would recommend to anybody looking for a beautiful place to stay.

We love this property. The home is beautiful, very clean and well equipped with pots and pans, Keurig, dishes and utensils, and linens. All 5 bedrooms are spacious and the beds are great. We had lots of fun playing pool, burning wood in the wood burning stove watching the big screen tv and the indoor hot tub is amazing. The outside is also amazing. We saw deer and elk right in the backyard. We love this place and recommend it highly!!!

This was an amazing vacation spot! When we walked in, the place blew my mind. I thought the interior decorations were brilliant! I enjoyed how every room had a different theme and how everything flowed together... down to the animal shaped towels. The furniture is so comfortable. Surprisingly, I never missed my bed!! My 4 year old enjoyed the open space to run around outside. She screamed when she saw the swing, and the toys that were in the cabin - it made her feel important that there was “a kids touch”. I think my family’s favorite part was the wildlife. At first we thought it was so relaxing to sit under the hummingbirds buzzing around and get lost in the stars at night. But when we woke up to TWO ELKS in the yard, that was the cherry on top! We will definitely be back!!

The house was wonderful, fully stocked, and comfortable. The kids loved exploring the land and creek. The layout of the rooms worked well. We would consider staying here again. Only issue we had was attempting to drop trash off on our last day. All the sites were locked and the cleaning lady got sassy with us after we explained what happened.

Highly recommend. Kitchen was well equipped with pots pans to make full Christmas meal. Wonderful Christmas. Hiked, visited casino, and best of all, spent time in a comfortable home with great beds.

This was one of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect and you are a perfect distance from the town and just far enough away to have your own space. The home is amazing it has everything you need and has plenty of the things to do to keep you entertained. The owners are simply awesome people and very easy to work with. We highly recommend this place and would encourage anyone to stay at this location.

Our family loved the room in this house. Beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked many meals for 10 people and always had every thing we needed. Enjoyed the outdoors. Several deer came by. The hummingbirds were around all the time. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! The owner was wonderful and made it so easy for us by covering all the details leading up to, during and after our stay. She provided great directions to the property along with easy check in instructions and a list of several restaurants and activities for us to try while we were there. Upon arrival, she had left us a sweet card and a gift tin of popcorn for our stay! Every cabinet was labeled with what was inside for our convenience. No detail was left undone. The house was clean and tidy and everything was easily accessible. The hot tub and pool table provided added fun during our stay. No one felt crowded because there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. This will be a Christmas we will never forget thanks to the amazing owners of this beautiful home! THE HOUSE WAS VERY SPACIOUS, IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED ! WE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT ...

I have stayed here several times, and every time is an absolute treat. Plenty of space to stretch out, relax, and do multiple things. People can nap, and play a game of pool, or go for a hike all right there. Great access to ski run road, airport, Spencer Theater, and a short drive into town. If you get up early enough, you might catch some deer or elk walking through the property, and sometimes, in the right time of year, you can hear them bugling at dusk.

We have stayed here more than once. Peace and serenity are what come to mind when I think of it. Almost every day we saw deer or elk on the property in the morning. The sunrises are fab. The set up is so comfortable. Great beds. I love relaxing on the lounge chairs in the den or in the hammock outside. The kitchen is great to cook in. Will return again.
