There was parking on site. Aside from the birds chirping outside in the morning, the location was quiet and peaceful. Our room and the whole property was spotless. The owners, who also live at the property, clearly take great pride in its appearance and they look after it very well. The wifi reception was very good throughout the property. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and very tasty. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There are a good selection of restaurants in Stirling Town Centre for evening meals, as well as a large Tesco for groceries. Closer to the property is a pub restaurant but our favourite was an Italian restaurant called Corrierri's Café, which is about half a mile away at Causewayhead.

The location of the property is about a 25 minute walk into Stirling Town Centre. This was fine for us as we like walking and were fully aware of its location before booking. It may not be for everybody, especially if it is raining, but you could always drive or book a taxi.

Kevin and Kim worked fantastic hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and we’re very helpful orienting us to the region. The breakfast was timely and delicious. If you’re staying in the Sterling region, this is a great option for a location — on the edge of town with great vistas from the rooms.

Lovely rural location (probably need a car) so very quiet. Wonderful restaurant for dinner within walking distance. Excellent breakfast included in the price. The room and facilities were incredibly comfortable.

Everything was perfect from the warm welcome from Kevin, the great night sleep & wide variety at breakfast. A definite recommendation.
