This rental was one of my favorite experiences to date. We came with a group of 20 and had more than enough room/space. It is in a quiet neighborhood and right on the water with lots of nearby parking, amenities, food, etc. Grew up nearby and can easily say we will be back!

We recently rented this home for our family reunion and it was the perfect spot for us! We had a group of 13 people and could have comfortably fit a few more. You absolutely can't beat the location, right next to the balboa pier and directly across the street from the fun zone and newport ferry. Shauntelle was very helpful prior to our stay, checking in, and answering any questions along the way. Two kitchens was also a huge bonus with a group our size. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a beach house that will accomodate a large group.

We had a very large group gather for a family/friend vacation. This house is at such a great location and very accommodating for a large group. Shauntelle was the best host. She provided some great tips on activities around the area and check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay again!

Great location! Stayed with two families (11 people, ages 15-85). Plenty of bathrooms and beds for all. Shauntelle was amazing- from the initial communication and arrival instructions, etc. The whole team was extremely accommodating when we showed up a bit early. They weren't done yet with cleaning; but allowed us to unload our stuff and we walked to the nearby taco place for some beach tacos and margaritas while they finished up. Kids enjoyed the nearby beach volleyball, long walks, basketball and of course, the beach. We rented a boat one afternoon for a little cruise around the bay. And, one of our favorites- we bought some firewood and s'more's supplies and had a bonfire dessert right in front of the house! Parking is TIGHT! If you have a larger vehicle, go for the paid parking right in front and skip trying to fit in the garage! Beach chairs would have been a bonus; but when I mentioned it to Shauntelle after our stay, she assured they would be there next time! We love Newport!

We had a wedding at the Newport Beach Temple, and our wedding party was together at this fantastic house. It's ideal for large groups, we loved sitting upstairs with the gorgeous views and being in walking distance of most everything you want to do. Shauntelle had great communication throughout the booking process. The house was great to get all of our large family together under one roof. The location couldn't be any better! We would definitely be looking forward to coming back again.

Overall best experience I’ve had renting a house on this app. House was in a great location. Lots of things to do beautiful weather wonderful owners I just can’t say enough about the property and Shauntelle. This property is in an ideal location and suited our large family reunion of 28 people perfectly! The house was clean and accommodating and we all loved our time there! Shauntelle, one of the owners, was so helpful and easy and pleasant to work with. She removed all the stress for me in meeting the needs of our large family. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience!

Although the property was a little dated, it was in good condition. The bathrooms had been updated, so that was a real plus--hopefully the kitchen will be next. We had both the upstairs and downstairs units and it fit all of our family really well, with plenty of bedrooms for the adults and a lot of fold down couches for the kids. It had great access to the beach and all the shops in Newport Beach. We had a great time!

We had such a great time in this beautiful home. The two kitchens upstairs and downstairs means there is plenty of room for a big group, and the location (steps from the beach) is perfect. There's also a beautiful view from the second floor. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and working with Shauntelle was easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Lots of space in an ideal location for a large group. Plenty of things to do nearby- beach, shops, restaurants, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, harbor tours, whale watching.

My friends and I stayed at this beachfront property to get together for a birthday and it was incredible! Shauntelle was so welcoming, helpful and quick in responding. The property was super spacious, clean and exactly like the pictures. I can not recommend this place enough :) I can’t wait to hopefully stay here again!

Shauntelle was our host and it was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. From start to finish, Shauntelle was professional, kind, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and prompt with all the details. She took care of our large group, and we had no issues at all! The home is beautiful and right in front of the Balboa Pier. The back door porch/patio area is literally just a few steps away from the beach and bonfire pits. The house is filled with a ton of sleeping futon couches, beautiful bedrooms, and state of the art renovated bathrooms. Both kitchens were stocked with all the necessary items required to cook for a large group (just pack a few foil trays). Each floor also had its own BBQ grill. The views from the second floor were amazing and breath taking! If you stay at this specific rental, you must EXPLORE the area! There are so many things to do within walking distance. I probably won’t be able to list all the things our group did, here are a few: went whale watching, enjoyed drinks and food at Cruisers Pizza Bar Grill, Cabo Cantina, Class of 47, Balboa donut shop, Pizza Petes, and we enjoyed some amazing seafood (oysters) at Newport Landing Restaurant. These were just a few places that I can recall off the top of my head. There were a ton of little, small shops that had a bunch of cool souvenirs. We biked along the Newport Balboa Bike trail north for about 1.5 miles and enjoyed some time at the Newport Beach Pier. The Newport Beach Pier was filled with a ton of restaurants and shops that you must explore. There are so many things to do while you’re there! I can go on forever about our stay at this home and the wonderful host, Shauntelle. I highly recommend this rental for large groups that are looking to have some fun. You will create some wonderful memories that will last forever. I would stay here again and book through Shauntelle. 10/10 RATING FOR THIS ONE!!!

A group of 15 of us stayed at this property for my daughter's wedding weekend. There were plenty of beds for all of us, and the futon bed/couches were very comfortable. There were 6 bathrooms which came in handy as we all got ready for the wedding! Shauntelle was fabulous-she reached out before we came to clarify things & see if we had any questions, accommodated our timing on arrival & departure, and the few small issues we had were handled immediately by her & Steve. They were great! The location is perfect! Right on the beach with great views, plenty of parking (with a pay lot right our front), and close to everything you need! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was the perfect location! 1 min. walk to the beach. We rented the whole space and it fit everyone nicely.

This home and it’s host we’re beyond amazing. They surpassed all of our expectations, and were extremely gracious and accommodating of our large group. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and the location was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend, and I would definitely book here again!

I brought a large group of people for a 4 night stay and the property easily slept all of us. The house is in a great location and is very clean and comfortable. The check in process was very easy and Shauntelle was excellent at communicating and getting us everything we needed for our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay could not have been more perfect! The location is IDEAL exactly beach front, parking with the house and the lot in front for any additional cars/visitors. The house had AMPLE room for everyone and was very clean. Could not have been more perfect for our group of 24! Bathrooms are all updated and there are plenty! Shauntelle was an amazing host making sure we were prepared ahead of our trip with linens, towels, anything we needed. The check in/out process was such a breeze and Shauntelle was the most gracious host I've ever had checking in with us and making sure everything was great during our stay. Can't wait to be back again! Thank you Shauntelle!

I was traveling with a big group of friends to LA for a beach tournament over the weekend and while we got really unlucky with the weather (sideways rain in SoCal??), we were equally lucky to have found this place! We had 32 people stay in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We weren't really planning on being inside for so much of our stay, but it was a huge relief to have such a big space. We spent half of Saturday spread out on the futons on the 2nd floor and piled together on a mega couch made of futons on the first floor to watch movies and play games. Since we mostly ordered out, can't speak much to how stocked the kitchen was in terms of cooking supplies but there were plenty of cups and dishes and utensils, and the appliances all worked like a charm. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a full-sized bunk bed in an alcove leading into the back bedroom. The second floor also has 3 bedrooms. I don't remember how many futons there were, but everything was as advertised (except for one mysterious plant in a lot of the pictures online that couldn't be found anywhere in the house haha). The beds were all very comfy and the futons were larger than we thought they'd be and also comfy even with just a sleeping bag. The deck on the 2nd floor was also a really nice space to hang out when it wasn't raining, and having the house open up to the outside like that provided the 2nd floor living room with incredible sunlight. And although the section of beach we were playing at was farther north, a few of our group took advantage of the fact that the house is right across a parking lot from the ocean. Really great location! Shauntelle, our property manager, was the absolute best. She called ahead of the reservation to confirm check-in details and even offered to give us to a late check-out. When we arrived, she dropped off some coffee and made sure we had everything else we needed from her for our stay. We had no problems with the property while we were there, but I don't doubt she would have responded to any issue immediately and am very thankful for her communication! A couple things to note (nothing bad!) - the laundry/dryer are coin operated (somehow between all 32 of us we only had 3 quarters when we arrived) - 2 towels/bathroom are supplied as well as all bedroom linens, but if you want more towels or bedding for the futons, you need to bring your own or order them separately when you sign the rental agreement

We had 2 generations gathering for a family event (7 folks in the 60-70 range and 7 who were 25-35 years old). This was a perfect house for us. All of the couples had rooms, and there were enough bathrooms. The room that shows a full size bed on the lower level (A3?) actually has a full size bunk bed, which worked well. The upper floor had plenty of room for cooking, eating, playing cards and watching TV. We were there for New Year's weekend, and many football games were watched. The lower level was nice for folks who wanted to get away and work on a puzzle, read or watch something else on TV. We were able to fit a 2019 Subaru Forester in the garage (tight, but do able), and a Jeep in the parallel parking spot. The young ones found free street parking and another opted for the lot that was $1/ hour from 8A to 6P. Shauntelle was easy to work with and readily available to answer questions. My family members gave it 2 thumbs up! We would love to stay here again.

This property has a spectacular view of the ocean from the upper balcony. The host Shauntelle was fabulous from the beginning to the end of our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure each of our requests was met. We would gladly use her services again in the future.

We had the whole family celebrating the 60th Wedding Anniversary! From 79 years to 1 year old, plenty of space and very convenient to the beach. Loved this place!!

Wrong floor plan for 2nd floor on the website which I hope they changed after our discussion. Two of our party paid $30/ 24-hr for convenient parking since they didn’ t drive a VW to transport their family and take advantage of the very small garage/s. Otherwise the two levels were great for our family.

We rented both stories because our party was over 25 adults. Location is perfect next to Balboa Pier, shops, rental places (bike shop next door gave us a spankin’ two-day deal/discount when found out we were right next door) and the parking is perfect! Lot in front of home is $31/day but lot to the East is free after 6 pm. Shauntelle was delightful to work with and the home was fresh smelling and clean upon arrival. Bathrooms have been newly renovated and that was a nice surprise. The futons were not super comfy, but the beds were! Honestly, we visited and played so much, who cared about the sleeping! I would recommend this place, due to its many amenities and excellent location, to everyone. Home to the west had further to walk from the parking lot and homes to the east didn’t have nearly as great a view of the beach, ocean, and pier! Excellent beach house destination and our family is already talking about returning next year! ❤️❤️❤️

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. The location is amazing! Right on the trail by the beach. Everything you need right by the house , eating, shopping, ferry, bike rental next door. Great parking right out the front door. The house is very clean & comfortable. The owners are amazing & there to help make your stay perfect. I would definitely recommend this property.

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering. There were plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and space for relaxing. Our favorite space was the upstairs deck where we could watch people stroll along the walkway, enjoy the ocean view and sunset.

Spacious beach house, great location! We had a wonderful stay.
