The apartment is just a few minutes away from the train station, which was great! It is also quite central a few streets away from the main shopping area. There are many patisserie and cafe shops around. The apartment had a terrace with a table and 2 chairs, we enjoyed having our morning tea/coffee there in the sun.

Only the over head shower worked, water leaked out the bottom of the shower to the outside, and the shower head kept leaking water intermittently throughout the night. The bathroom door knob kept coming off whenever we pulled or pushed the door slightly. We were not given mugs for tea/coffee, but were given plastic reusable cups which in my opinion are not suitable for hot water. We asked the cleaner for mugs but she did not understand what we were talking about. We could not get the kettle to close so we had to place a mug (which we bought from a place in Bari for our stay since we were not given mugs) on the kettle lid to keep it closed whilst it was switched on. There were also no extra pillows.

Amazing !!! Great location. Self check in , very simple instructions. Not to expensive. Clean, comfortable. I recommend it.❣️❣️

The room was big and clean, the bed very confy. The only issue was the bathroom - it was a specific smell and the shower could be better. The staff is very ok The bonus was the balcony ( because we could smoke there) and is very ok as location - Bari centrale is at a 5 minutes walk

It's an apartment with 3 rooms and a small kitchen. The mattress is old, walls are very thin and we could hear the others using the toilet/shower. Not such a very pleasant neighborhood.

Spacious room close to old town and railwaystation

Smelled really bad, mix of tobacco smoke and sweet cleaning products. Close to noisy street which made it impossible to sleep. Noisy toilet and toilet door could not be closed.

The list could go on and on… The room was large, but AC did not work - there was a control pannel on the corridor that seemed to regulate other rooms to - ridiculous. The fridge in our room did not work, as well as the smart features of the TV. The bathroom was calling for an immediate restoration - the shower was narrow, low water pressure. The bed seemed comfortable, but no AC made it impossible for us to sleep at night. The room seemed aged and general experience was tragic. Avoid.

The location was great, and the room was very clean. I was a bit worried about checking in by means of a link to a website, but in fact it worked fine.

The walls are very thin so I spent an almost sleepless night listening to the neighbours playing computer games, having sex etc.

Well located, good enough room

We have been expelled from the Room by the cleaning woman, telling we had to leave the room, when it was 10h05 am, and the booking info said that check out were until 10h30 am. We shown then the information, but they became angry and started banging doors to make us afraid. Never been able to contact the owners even though i asked them if a late check out of saving luggage were possible. There wasnt breakfast nor table in the balcony. And the balcony is shared with other guests...

the bathroom, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the toilet made a very disturbing sound

friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean, well located for a stopover, easy parking.

the check in procedure as it was impossible to get in the front door without wi fi but you could not get wi fi. Had to ring for help to find out which floor the room was and then it was ok. It was 10 pm. Also could not find out where we could have breakfast.

Clean room, comfortable bed, not noisy, tea and coffee in the room

No human contact, not enough towels, no shampoo and no shower gel

it was an amazing central location! perfect for our family of 10, they accommodated us all on one floor, it was perfect 👍 clean, showers were fab!
