We were woken up at 8:30 by the housekeeping ladies they came to take our Pillows and it wasn’t check out time 🙄. The wanted our towels but were still to shower. Totally unhappy the toilet wasn’t even flushing properly. We had to pay deposit for the iron n it was just not hot enough 🤦🏾‍♀️

Location is perfect it is close to the shops (spar) to be exact

The place was a huge disappointment for the price I paid. I was told its a self-catering but there we no chicken utensils and had to request the kettle. Overall, it looks like a dirty student residence. The experience was so terrible, I missed my own place from the first night. The water in the shower came out way too slow and drizzled all the time, I did not look forward to showering. Maybe it used to be a great place, but now a complete waste of money.

The water was cold regardless of much you wait for the shower to get hot, shower tap was worse it was broken, reception doesn't pick up when you call. The TV was the worst only 5 channels were working and they were very boring, had to connect the wifi out selves God!! That place needs a care taker period

Reception attitude, they bed wasn't even a double it was two singles but together with different beding that kept splitting the whole night two tired rough beds I might add everything was horrible

The staff. They are welcoming and considerate.

The deposit for the key policy, always leaving your key at the reception and having 1 key even if you are 2 yet you also pay a deposit of 150.00 for the key that you get when you check out if you present a receipt. If you misplace the receipt, you loose it.

I like u to add some channels for DStv , Ironing board, iron,clining mop and table cloth , provide a coffee ,suger,tea bags

The guys/security where amazing very helpful with lovely attitude ❤️👌. Big enough space

The bedding was not proper, plastic covering the chairs was torned and dirt, the dishes were not clean
