Posizione a 50 metri dal lungomare. Host molto disponibile, anche per un check in anticipato. Tutto sommato ci ritornerei.
La sera per rientrare a casa bisogna chiedere permesso e far alzare i clienti della pizzeria sottostante, seduti davanti al portone. Bagno un po' da rivedere, soprattutto per la doccia (cambiare il doccino e l'acqua va via molto lentamente, quasi intasata).

Nice room. Good location near to beach and centre of village. Breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe was good too. Full ,24 hour access was good too.
Some mentioned features weren't there, but that might have been the room I was in.

Very basic room. It does not look like the pictures on this site at all!
Room 4 was very basic- I was there just for sleep and shower because I was @ my friend’s place.
Some vouchers were given for the breakfast in a nearby cafe( Wednesday it is closed!)

Never took the accommodation we booked.
Called multiple times - no answer. Sent multiple messages - no answer. Neighbors also called the owner but no answer!! Offering 24hours front desk which doesn’t exist!!! Nobody there!!!! Spent hours waiting and just gave up. Shame and unacceptable!!!

The location is close to the beach, the ferry, and so great restaurants and cafes.
Cheap option.
Wi-fi provided.
There is no staff at all. No one was available at any stage of the stay at all.
The room looked nothing like the photos at all.
There was black mould on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom.
It was nosy all evening from the pizza shop below - which didn't bother me, but you should know this if you're a light sleeper.
Finally, it was a bed and breakfast that served no breakfast (despite it being stated as included)!
I booked this as a budget option and I guess that is what I got. Would only recommend if you really are counting the pennies.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful.
The breakfast was just a croissant and a coffee. Also somes of the facilities mentioned (for ex., minibar, bathrobe) weren't there. It wasn't an issue for a short stay.

The downstairs pizza place is really nice and the people are very friendly there, but I would not recommend this apartment.
When we arrived we had to wait for 20-30 minutes for someone to figure out how we can get into the apartment; gladly someone at the pizza place right next to the apartment helped us. The place was clean but is very noisy both from the restaurant outside and the others inside the house. We didn't get any breakfast and the owner, though she said she would show up in the morning, didn't come to collect our money for the night. We had to leave it with the cleaning lady.

Breakfast started at 8 am, but we had to leave by 7 am. So cannot assess as not offered.

We really loved the location. It's positioned directly above a restaurant. Great atmosphere, wonderfully friendly people! Beds were very comfortable.

Excellent Breakfast
There were power outages when we were in the room and it was off for a considerable amount of time. We also did not see a single member of staff during our entire stay.

Had to wait for 35 minutes to enter. Called 3 times and still waited by the door. The smell in the bathroom was terrible.
Parking is a nightmare. Had to park 10 minutes walk away.

Not even the tiniest window. No receptionist either.. We need to keep calling a number, but nobody spoke English. One single croissant advertised as continental breakfast.. BAD EXPERINCE, NEVER AGAINST.

The bathroom was not clean enough. The apartment is above the restaurant/bar, so in the late evening there was playing quite loud music so we perfectly could hear it.

The breakfast was promised at 8:00. At 8:15 still nobody from the staff was there, as a result we left the apartment without having breakfast as we had no extra time to spend for waiting because of the train schedule.
