Alessandro was very welcoming and went above and beyond to help us in our time of need which we are very grateful for. The apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious and the close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach made it an ideal place to stay.

The only thing the owner could improve is internet connection.

The beach is theoretically within the reach by foot and there is a shortcut, but you would rathe take a car anyways if you have one.

Manuel was a very welcoming host. The residences are spacious enough for a family of 4, have everything required, all in a good working state. Despite many residences next to each other there is enough privacy. In summary, fully recommended.

We enjoyed very much the stay at the location. The place looks exactly as in the photos, with all the facilities (and lack of them - bed linen and towels) written in the description. A big plus for us were the garden, the fact that there are many parking spots and the friendly hosts - thanks a lot for the (very) late check-in!

Manuel is a great host! He was extremely kind and flexible with us from before the check in till the moment we checked out. The apartment was spacious and clean with brand new appliances.

It really was a great stay, but the only minor thing is that you have to pay separately for bed linen and towels. I'd prefer that to be included in the booking fee. WiFi wasn't the best (just in case you are thinking about working remotely from there)

The property was clean and the staff were Top. Staff has done everything in their ability to make our stay somehow joyful. Unfortunately the problems we experienced were out of their control.

The property is way to loud!! We were surrounded with families and groups of young people. The noise was absolutely unbearable!! In the morning crying children in the evening partying young people. We had a ground floor apartment. We could hear every noise (moving chairs/ stairs/ washing machine/ screaming or partying people). I even moved the mattress in the living room to get at least a bit sleep. Really unacceptable!! We were lucky to have top staff who helped us to get a different apartment (unfortunately only for 2 nights). Our stay was worse than a crazy camping in a party city on the Costa Brava!!

The perfect flat for our holiday and and an excellent and very helpful host. Good location and beautiful view. We were there for a week but we wanted to stay forever. A location absolutely to be recommended.

We had an amazing stay here. Everything was perfect. The apartments are well-equipped. There is a lovely garden around. Shops and great beaches are close by. Thanks Manuel we really felt like at home. We could check in earlier and check out later, he gave us some great recommendations and helped us where he could. He is such a nice and lovely person ❤!!! I will definitely come again. Thank you once again for everything!

Our stay in Sardegna Summer Li Cuppulati was great. Spacious and very clean and in good distance to lovely beaches - La Cinta was probly 20 min walk which didn’t bother us as we enjoy walking and being active. Centre of San Teodoro was also around 15-20 min walk. I absolutely loved Manuel who greeted us and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and where to go etc. Such a lovely guy!! Nothing was a trouble for him .

They only minuses were that accommodation was lacking very basic things like washing up liquid, sponge , salt and pepper would be great too! Also you shouldn’t have to pay separately for towels and bed linen!
