We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was Beautiful. More laid-back atmosphere and very enjoyable. Only wish we had a little better weather.

This condo was perfect for our mother -daughter trip. We stayed 7 nights and the location was ideal. I’d suggest that they supply more beach towels, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner so that we wouldn’t have had to buy these items (we ran out of toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner by day 3-4). They also only had one regular folding chair (& 3 beach chairs), which was disappointing for my daughter and I since that prevented us from sitting out he balcony together. Otherwise, great stay!

It is the best location just steps to the beach

Unit has a phenomenally stocked kitchen and amenities. Could use a a dishwasher, but then, cabinet space would be lost.

We enjoyed our stay and would likely use this unit again. The location of Sunset Chateau is perfect for us. Convenient to so many options and the beach is perfect for our needs. Overall the unit was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. My suggestion to the owners is that there are too many decor items sitting around and stuffed into closets that you can conveniently get your belongings organized. The closet situation is ridiculous. Also, the sofas are in need of replacement.

That property as listed is accurate. The unit was clean and ready when stated. Kitchen is well equipped.

Everything was as expected. The only frustration was there were some boys staying next door during part of the stay who were sometimes noisy. After they left, we got served with a notice to stop moving furniture and stomping feet, which was very aggravating to us since we were very quiet.

We love this area of the beach! It is so beautiful and private. We have stayed in several condos in this building, and this one was our favorite so far! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!! PROS: +Tastefully decorated +Tile flooring throughout +Comfortable king bed +Plenty of closet and drawer space +Beautiful view - being a corner unit, it had an extra ocean view from the bedroom +Keypad door lock for easy access +Comfy outdoor furniture CONS: -3 beach towels and 3 balcony chairs, but there were 4 of us -cloth furniture needed cleaning or slipcovers - we covered with blankets -2 burners on the stove were out -deadbolt didn't lock - door was splintered because someone had tried to force it closed -provided beach towels were actually bath towels

Great location and right on the beach!

Loved the corner unit for lots of privacy, light and views from all three sides. Felt very homey and comfortable. Loved the location , private yet close to all amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach location but this condo is definitely no frills!! No dishwasher and cramped bathroom but for the money it’s a great beach location. We enjoyed walking to K’Tiki and all the close dining options. Because management isn’t on site, we noticed a large family sleeping in their vehicle on multiple occasions that were taking advantage of the great beach during the day. Needless to say, we won’t return to this complex but will definitely be in the area again.

Housekeeping allowed unwashed dishes and dirty broiling pans to go unchecked. The property was well supplied and well kept. Sunset Chateau was spotless and well maintained. Great location and very quiet with a great view.

Absolutely loved the view of beach & gulf. Access was extremely easy to beach & pool. Room was clean & nice, could use a little more updating. Great indoor lighting. One complaint, main door to room was damaged from an earlier incident, needs replaced or repaired. Overall, very satisfied & would stay again.

My wife and I took our two young teen daughters here. The couches were ok for sleeping for them. We tried the pullout bed the first night and it was very uncomfortable. All in all the place was great for the price and we were very happy with our stay!

Unit was clean but there was someone’s hair on the floor in the bathroom, So I didn’t give 5 stars. That was not a pleasant experience for me

This little unit was very comfortable and offered the best ocean view I've seen in all the years I've come here. Fr the price it could not be beat. Highly recommend.

Great location, safe, clean. Had a great time relaxed knowing we had a close place and easy parking. Lots to see within walking distance. Enjoyed the beach chairs available for guest. Would have liked a reclining option and sand mat. Shower curtain should be replaced. Sofa sleeper needs extra padding to be used. Overall great stay would come back.

Sunset Chateau is the best location! And this condo is so cute! Comfy and perfect

We came here for our 1 year anniversary. After a long 10 hour drive, we were ready for bed. Unfortunately, we pulled back the sheets only to reveal black pubic hairs. There was also a huge hairy green BOOGER stuck like glue to the comforter. You can’t get a hold of anybody directly it’s all through text and a company called “ITrips.” Eventually someone came out and brought “fresh” sheets, but guess what? These ones had EVEN MORE HAIR ON THEM. We contacted them again and were told they would bring more sheets in the morning. They offered to refund cleaning fee and said something about a gift card, except we still have not heard back from them. Once we arrive home after a long drive, I will be contacting them again for some type of compensation.
