Pool and outside entertainment area is great

no hot water for 3 days. Air conditioning didn’t work. No water at all for 2 more days. Disappointing considering the price that basic amenities were not in order and very slow to get them fixed

the house was very clean and the located in a quiet area which was great for us as being there with a child.

No privacy during our 2 weeks stay, as the owner was always coming there to work in the garden, you will wake up in the morning in your Pjs to go on the terrace and he will be there. I understand he needs to work, but it will be nice if there were a schedule or someone from the agency letting you know, as you are informed of the cleaning day. The conditions offered are not the best in this price range, don't expect the best beds, pillows and in one of the bathrooms there is a bath tub/jacuzzi so old that has a bad smell if you dare to press the buttons..., also in the kitchen the microwave is not fixed in so when you open the door, the microwave itself comes out of the wall! Don't bother booking this villa, as it's managed by the worst agency:Ibiza Renthouse, who provided us with the lowest customer service from the check in to check out - worst experience ever and we have been holidaying in Ibiza for the last 9 years. On the check in the lady was so stressed out about the people who come to Ibiza to party and don't bother to take care of the house that she forgot to be in the moment with the guests she is check in. Also the check in took way to long, she just showed everything on Youtube and did not even bother to come with us to the house, was the first time ever when we had this kind of check in. On the check out the agency did not come to check out the house and after 4 days they send me an whatsApp that they charged us €150 to repair the system of the bathroom window which we did not damaged! we have tried to call the agent and her manager and they have ignored our calls and also they never called us back to discuss this, they simply took our money without any conversation and just by sending us an email!

The outside area and the pool

The bedrooms are not even two star, small, dark and with very basic furniture, uncomfortable, small beds. The cheapest possible mattresses that all of us suffered from back pain although we are young and fit. Also the description is misleading as there is only one double bed in the main house. There is another small double bedroom in the outside building next to the pool but the smell from what we assume was septic tank was unbearable. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. The kitchen is very poorly equipped and had very limited utensils for the villa of 8. There were only 5 of us and we were hardly managing without having to buy basic things like cheese grater or a cafetière. We asked the host about the cafetière but they ignored this requirement. The host from the agency that manages the villa was the most unpleasant and rude person we ever had to deal with. The villa didn't even provide the toilet paper, kitchen towels or dishwasher tablets. When we asked about the toilet paper we were told that they don't provide it and if we wish them to buy this for us, they would have to charge us extra cost. And that's a villa which claims to be top end luxurious stay! This is unheard of and offensive, so if you choose to stay there, make sure that on the way to the house you buy your own toilet paper.
