The property was very clean and very nice

Specious, clean, great views from top balcony. Well equipped for short stays.

Quiet location, nice view from the terrace, in the kitchen there was everything you may need to prepare food and to feel you as you would be at home. Very comfortable beds. Supermarket is located nearby. There are plenty of nice hiking tracks nearby: Roque de Rasca, Cala Mimar and direction to Faro Punta de Rasca. There were no issues finding a parking lot for the car overnight on a nearby street. Good value!

Only a small note - printed English language user manual for washing machine would have been helpful, thankfully google search helped us.

The apartment itself is wonderful- spacious, clean, stocked, with a nice patio, view and washing machine. Good value.

It was very difficult to figure out how to get in to the property and also to the right pool. A simple document with written instructions and pictures would have been helpful, as the video is very large to try to load. Two sets of keys would be helpful.

Palm-mar is a really quiet - in a good way- place to stay and this apartment is conveniently located in a one-way road right next to a natural reserve. Not a lot of traffic or noise and both the beach and mountains were on a short walking distance.

For security reasons, in the condo there are two locked gates one has to open to get to the apartment and there's another gate to access the swimming pool. Having only 1 set of keys didn't help much. Not the owner's fault but providing a spare key would've helped us tremendously. The outdoor equipment was worn out but it's understandable to a certain extent. Both the ocean's humidity and the "calima" (sand particles that come from Africa) will overtime make furniture look dirty. The little yard downstairs should be taken care of though.

Great, peacefull location. Lot's of walking paths for perfect morning running.

The appartament iself.

In the announcement it says Parking but in reality the parking is in the street and it is not easy to find a place to park. When I arrived I parked the car 1 km far away. I wanted to cancel my reservation but the property denied the refund saying "yes, there is a parking, free parking in the street". Not serious. And no support from booking.

Well equipped, spacious and tidy. very near all amenities. Pool area is clean and tidy and not over crowded. The whole complex feels very safe.

Shower leaked on the floor. No air conditioning. We were charged for an extra bed when there was a spare mattress available.
