לא אהבנו שהמיזוג בקושי עבד.
לא אהבנו שאין wifi מאוד מאוד חלש.
ושהמגלשות מגיל שש .
המציל אסר עלי ועל הילד להתגלש בייחד. הילד שלי בן חמש.

De zwembaden, aquapark en het all inclusive concept. Eten/ diner gevarieerd en goede kwaliteit. De leden van het animatieteam zijn zeer vriendelijk en enthousiast.
De hygiëne van de kamers; de schoonmaak.
Wat verouderde inrichting van de kamers
Kakkerlak gevonden in de kast.
De staat van de douchekop. Die spoot alle kanten op,met als gevolg dat de hele badkamer nat was en we moesten zitten in het bad om te douchen zodat de douchekop niet over douchegordijn heen spoot.
Vermeld staat dat minidisco elke avond is om 20.00 uur. Maar start echt pas 20.30, en gisterenavond ging deze niet door. Tot verdriet van mijn dochter,op laatste avond.
Muziek van animatie in de avond te hard, kinderen moeite met slapen hierdoor
Jammer van de rondslingerende bekers en cups op het complex.

The pool and entertainers were great. Food was really good and drinks were strong. Maintenance guys gave us a lift up the hill on the golf cart. It was so hot and it was like a present from beyond

We got a room far from all, the reception, the pools and from the dining room.. and we have to claimed lot of stairs.. it was difficult for my mom..

restaurant and front of house has been renovated and is lovely. the food was great freshly served and well maintained. swimming pools were great and all the flumes were amazing we were granny Granda mum dad kids and everyone loved them

We had one big bed with me and my son with only one bedsheet. Two bedsheet would have been nice.

The the breakfast was really good had a large range of options and the staff was really helpful they helped us change our room so our booking would line up. The had a bus to the beach Every day.
The bus to the beats doesn't run all day. The shower in the room will get the whole bathroom wet when being used.

Location was good, pools were great.
Staff was really friendly and there were loads of activities if you like that kind of things.
Drinks included in all-inclusive did not have enough variety. "cola"sprite" and beer were really low quality. Juices an coctails were really good though.
Also i don't like to drink from cardboard cups.

Food and drinks were good, my daughter liked pools and entertainment a lot, as well as slides.
The room was old, but repaired. The furniture was old, the persistent smell of paint was in the room. Short sheets that did not match the size of the bed were constantly knocked off during the night. Wifi didn't connected in the room, I had to go to the reception constantly. There was no need in TV, but we tried once and there was no connection to the channel (and the language of the settings was Turkish).

We stayed for one week, 24-31 oct. They closed on 31 oct so some of the facilities were closed the last days of our stay, for example the gaming room. They also moved the snacks indoors from 25 oct. Although there was a man serving icecream outdoors.

Great area with water slides but cold in the water, not heated.
The beds were hard and we felt the coil springs and very hard pillows, but I'm always bringing my own.
We had to let the water run for a while to get some warm water and we also ran out of schampoo and didn't get refill.
We had bed bugs in our room 4217. We were three in our family that got bitten by them. Bites on the whole body that were prickling. Now we are heading home and the bites are still annoying.
The entertainment on the evenings were at a high volume, so a little bit disturbing if you would like to go to bed earlier.

The swimming pools were wonderful and we were away from the hustle and bustle of the night life but close enough to get a bus there.
Very good location for Rhodes and Lindos.
The beds were uncomfortable, there was no cup to hold toothbrushes and there was nothing to stop the water from the shower over running into the toilet area.

Nice location and lots of parking place. Good swimming pools and nice waterpark. Food was ok and snackbar excellent. Minidisco was kids favourite. Room was nicely renovated and cleaning worked. Covid actions were taken seriously.
Beds were really worst part here. Lots of waiting in dining area. Waiting for plates, toast and some food dishes.

The pools are big and spacious and there is plenty of sunbeds around.
The free water park is nice.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The Hotel is far from Faliraki center and from the beach.
The food selection at the buffet is limited, although you will be able to find something to eat.

Lively upbeat place close to a vibrant town and an amazing town
Swimming pools were amazing, great food and very friendly receptionists
A lot of fellow holiday makers were rude and disresptful to children, children allowed to cough and splutter everywhere without any intervention
