Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet mit vielen Details, mit einem wunderschönen Garten.

Clean, beautiful, clam ,relaxing ... I truly don't have words for the garden there it was beyond beautiful. The rooms are to die for. All I can say it was worth every penny.

The location was in close proximity to many areas so it makes it easy to travel and explore. The area is quiet and very clean. The hosts are super hosts that communicate well and take care of. they're guests. Stunning place and hosts. I would recommend to all. don't hesitate to book.
I love everything about my stay. the hosts make sure everything is where you need it to be at all times and they check up on guests regularly. there is nothing bad I can say about my stay. I can't wait to be back.

The hosts Frik and Manus were exceptional! They were extremely accommodating to our international guest Michael. They made him feel so comfortable and his stay was truly lovely! He couldn't stop complimenting Frik and his services as well as how stunning the venue and accommodation was!!! I went to have a look for myself as I had booked the place for Michael and it was GORGEOUS!!! The gardens look AMAZING and had such beautiful details to it with the statues, fountains, plants and flowers as well as the cute little statues perched here and there in the gardens. The rooms are stunning and have all the little touches to make you feel more welcome and at home! Thank you to Frik and Manus!!! I will most definitely be booking at 98 on Lynburn Guest House again!!!

The Hosts of the establishment were response and very attentive, in an non-invasive manner.

Firstly, I was warmly welcomed by one of the owners, Frik, who was very kind and informative. And then to make my welcome even better I was upgraded to a larger suite (suite 1, I strongly recommend it!) which is spacious, gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Amenities include everything you’d need, if you haven’t packed in all the necessities (shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, milk etc.). The patio leads into the most gorgeous garden I’ve ever seen, so established, lush and rejuvenating! The breakfast was out of this world (included in the rate), hand delivered by Frik to my suite. I cannot recommend this spot enough! Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

This was my second visit and it lived up to all expectations. The hosts are warm, professional and generous. The entire experience from booking (last minute) to leaving was seamless, comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly appreciate the way in which the hosts communicate!

Very clean and well looked after. Garden is absolutely amazing with fountain's that was very peaceful to sit at and have my dinner after a long day of work. Wifi is great for work. Location was great and short distance driving to shop's. Manus was very delightful and made me feel at home. Can definitely recommend.
