I like everything

The apartment is comfortable and quiet, located very close to the old town. We communicated with the host by WhatsApp and she answered all our questions. It is great that the sunbeds on the beach are included in the price and that they give you a parking place in their own parking (at the garage or at the open space small parking located in the territory of the residence). There are some food stores very close to the apartment, but they are very small (Sigma). Large food stores (MD) are located in Terracina (about 20 min driving by car) and Formia. The beaches are the best that we have ever visited in Italy and the panoramic views from the old town located on Mount Magno are breathtaking.

There were huge problems with hot water. There is no central heating, only boiler. And we could not regulate water temperature (about 10 sec - very hot water, then - cold water), so taking a shower during all 10 days of our stay was a disaster for us. And when you go every day to the beach, you need to take shower after that. Wi-Fi was working good only for 2 days, after that the connection was very slow (in the evening and at night there was no Internet at all, we were able to browse Internet only at about 4 p.m. during no more than 20 minutes). Their technical specialist Giuseppe does not speak English at all. He came to us and did nothing to regulate water. He just rotated the tap and said "Cool", "Stop". But how could he explain us anything if they did not install water regulator and the system did not work. As for the Wi-Fi, he just told us that we had to "catch it" and "it depends on time" (if I understood correctly, using my online dictionary). It is impossible to uderstand each other when 2 people speak different languages. Besides that, on the wall in the kitchen there is an istruction on the rules of separate waste collection. 1 page of Italian text! It should be translated into English for the foreign guests. Keep in mind, that their beach Ganimede is located not very close to the residence, you should walk at about 20 minutes along the beach line. For us that was not a problem. And the beach itself is very clean and comfortable, there were no crowds of people in the end of September. The residence itself is located on the 4th line (there is no sea-view, you see just a little piece of sea from the houses at the distance). All in all, Sperlonga is the best summer resort from all the Italian sea towns we have ever been to. The town itself is very green and clean, they have lots of facilities for children, the beaches are great, the sunsets are fantastic, the sea water is very clear and not deep.
