The staff (shout out to Amanda) were helpful and smiley. The hotel had a good choice of drinks (although expensive for what it was). Beds and bathrooms were clean. Absolutely amazing location right in the middle of the city.

Having been allocated rooms in the extension that meant going through the second floor of the hotel first and then back down to the extension area where the rooms were. Rooms have very thin walls, and the doors slam very hard. Breakfast was okay, although with such a busy time on a Sunday morning, things were running out fast.

Everyone that worked at the Hotel from the cleaners to front of house to the kitchen staff were amazing ! 👏 Thank you 😊

Very modern hotel. Looks new. All the public area and room looks very clean and esthetical. Great breakfast. I would maybe add some cold meat and cheese as continental option. The staff are very friendly and open minded. Very good additions like water with lemon and fruit for guests. The bed in the room, however, is not entirely comfortable and it was find it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position. The housekeeping team took good care of the room during our stay, however I left a dirty towel on the floor twice and came back hanging twice. When I asked for a replacement in person, they looked surprised and didn't understand why I was asking for a replacement.
