The service was good.
Beds were OK but pillows were awful. Needed warmer blankets too.

Lovely clean rooms , we were in a room overlooking the golf course loved having a sliding door to access outside ! Lovely big shower and exceptionally clean amenities.

Everything was good except the Bedding
Beds were not comfortable at all so were the Pillows. They were not up to Hotel/Motel standards

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Take your golf clubs for an evening stroll.

Nice continental breakfast
Dishes dirty in the cupboard. Cleaning cloth left on the bedside table. Hair found in bed, in the bathroom and more.
Foxtel (cable TV) subscription expired.
HDMI connections not working in any of the two TVs

Continental breakfast was fine however one 4 slice toaster is inadequate
Noisy plumbing and leaking tap in bathroom.

Loud banging staff door in dining room should have attention asap

Staff not very friendly. Pool very dirty. We wanted something basic for a one night stop over which was fine for that, would not recommend for more than 1 night.

It was close to the venue where I was attending.
The bathroom was very dated(dark hairs on the shower floor), the fly screen door was broken, bed was uncomfortable, and when I got to my room there was a fingernail clipping on the lamp base!
Won’t stay there again. Sorry

I’ve stayed here before because I like the convenience of the location
the room looked old it wasn’t very cleaned the spa didn’t work over all felt like a forgotten room at the hotel.
