We loved these apartments. Our apartment was amazing, finished to a really high standard and spotlessly clean. The reception staff are amazing and it's in a brilliant location. We slept really well and it's clearly a very historic building.

Location was perfect. Apartment really good. Bathroom really luxurious. But the best bit was the reception staff.

Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep, even for a child

room is huge. Very nice. Also had a laundry machine which is nice. Staff are great. Gave us a map and told us where to go and where not to go. private parking is also available. Very close to all sights including very close to the bridge to enjoy the sunset. Recommend this property and would stay here again.

Water pressure is a little low, but nothing to worry about.

We chose this accommodation for location and parking and it worked very well for us. It was a simple drive into Porto and we had no trouble locating the property. The receptionist opened the gate for us and we left the car till it was time to leave. We had a ground floor apartment that was spacious and comfortable Enjoyed the microwave and fridge and the AC worked really well. The separate toilet was a bonus.

Wonderful location! This is the best combo of hotel+apartment experiences that I've had. The spacious loft with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private yard were apartment-like, yet having a fantastic breakfast buffet and a 24/7 concierge was like a 5 star hotel. I loved the unique aspect that the room came with its own mobile phone so that we could access the internet, directions, etc., without having to get a SIM card.

When our plane time was changed to arrive late in the evening, we were reassured to learn that someone would be on reception all the time to welcome us, and give us keys to our rooms, and so it proved - very good! Staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Really nice ambiance and spacious accommodation.

Room 6 access to the wardrobe was too high and too hard for a relatively small lady to reach - not even a step available to assist!

1. we love the space - the loft was well designed.

1. hot water pressure was really bad. we can still shower but with very little water out from the shower head and the water is not really hot… the explanation was they are on the mountain so water pressure low is normal… but if they could communicate that info in advance, we can try to be more understanding. feel like pointless to have 2 washrooms, because if one person shower at one washroom, the other washroom has no running hot water… 2. The front desk did give us some tips around the city but the info was not super accurate - she could have mentioned majority wine tasting places she recommended do require booking in advance… so we went a couple wine places and all turned out to be fully booked for the day.

the lady at the reception was so kind and very helpful. The two ladies at breakfast very friendly and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. very comfortable bed nice sheets and fluffy towels. would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location in the centre of Porto. Apartment was really very nice and quite unique. Reception was very helpful and excellent secure parking on site (at an extra charge of 20 euros a night)

Little things. No mirror at dressing table in the upstairs room. An upstairs en suite would have been so much better rather than coming down through the lounge. There was room upstairs above the other bathroom.

location is great, you can walk to all the sights. Beautiful architecture, rooms are very well designed and there was nice patio attached. Breakfast was lovely. Has a cooktop, microwave, washing machine etc. Beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic location - couldn’t be better. Roomy apartment. A perfect breakfast served with personal attention.

The bedroom and bathroom are on an upper level requiring going up a flight of stairs. Hot water pressure was low.

I loved the space and the interior decoration. The staff at reception were friendly, helpful and informative. The property is very well located.

Three things were missing from the kitchen 1. grater 2. colander for draining pasta.3.toaster. Also not everyone is use to using induction heating so a short explanation will help.

We were 2 couples of friends. The 1st night we got an apartment which was different to what we booked, and completly unsuitable for 2 couples. There were not even 2 brms! A small gallery, with no place even to put a suicase, completely open to the living room, no privacy at all, no closet, etc. was supposed to serve as a 2nd beedroom, in what we booked as a luxury 2 bedrooms apartment. There were other major differences to the description in the booking. We were very disappointed. Since the place was full, we could not change apartments,  and we were not sure if we would get a proper place the next day. We even looked for alternative accomodation but it was too late. The next day we got an apartment  which was as described in the booking, and was indeed very nice. However, it should be noted that there are big differences among the appartments, and one should make sure that he gets what is promised. The staff were very nice, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were compensated for one day breakfast, only after we said we feel we should be compensated. If it wasn't for this 1st night, the grade would be higher.
