The walk to beach is short which made location of the house perfect. Would suggest bringing a fan for King Bedroom as it was the hottest room due to limited air flow and ceiling fan not in optimal location.

This property is perfect for a family with kids, location is great, 3 minute walk to beach, pool was a plus! Very clean, would definitely book again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we found the temperature inside the house to be a stifling 87 degrees. It was evident that the A/C was not working properly, leading to three nights of discomfort. My four kids even said, "This is the worst vacation." Fortunately, the management company was able to fix the A/C for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, we discovered that the king mattress in the master bedroom had been flipped upside down, causing us to sleep on a very hard, springy bed for a couple of nights before investigating the discomfort.We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, nice linens, and the convenient proximity to restaurants and the beach. However, the uncomfortable sleep and the extreme heat for a few days significantly impacted our experience, and unfortunately, we would not return.

Fantastic. It is in a residential neighborhood, so we had NO issues with noise or safety. Close to the beach & the beach itself is beautiful. The pool/outdoor space is inviting, & as a bonus, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I have HIGH cleanliness standards & the inside of the house meet those standards. We had plenty of pool & shower towels & the washer/dryer was a nice perk. The kitchen is sparse but does have everything you need. The rental company responded very quick for any inquiry we had & allowed us to check in early. I feel like the description of the property is accurate as are the reviews. However, there are few things I would like to add. 1. The room with the 2 twins is large enough for a pack and play and still leaves plenty of space in the room 2. The pool/outdoor space has recently been renovated, we did find it in need of a clean. The pool company came out on Thursday to clean the pool, which made a difference, however, the sitting area needed to be hosed down and scrubbed. 3. Our stay occurred in mid-May and the AC unit had trouble keeping up. The AC was set to 72 and the house would often creep up to 78+ during the day and not go back down to 72 until 4-5AM which made sleeping difficult. 4. We saw a few cockroaches and rats “playing” in the landscaping. This is commonplace in Florida, however, slightly unsettling to us from the North. All in all, we would stay at this property again & rent from Beach Time Rentals again.

The pool was a must but would have liked it to be heated longer and earlier each day. Also loved the easy one block walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea la Vie is a beautiful property and was perfect for our family group of 9. Quiet neighborhood close to beach. The pool and hot tub area are wonderful, the hot tub is nice and big which is why we booked the property. We did have issues with the hot tub. There is an extra charge to heat it, $15 a day, and it is on from 2 pm to 10 pm. Unfortunately it did not work as scheduled until several days into our stay but the rental agent was able to tell us what to do to make it come on most of the time. It was eventually fixed and Beachtime Rentals did ultimately refund the $15 a day (plus they heated the pool for us) so they did make accommodation. These things happen and it wouldn’t stop me from renting there again. It is a beautiful property.
