If you have a family and will be spending a lot of time at the pool and golf course, this is where you need to stay! Great mornings and evenings on the porch watching the ocean.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The location was central to everything, the two golfcarts definitely helped with getting around. Nice view of the ocean from the deck, and the management was super helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I would like to note our only issues were overall cleanliness of this property. I would suggest to management they change their cleaning company, because they crew does not do a great job. Overall for the price and location it’s a good option.

Great location, beautiful panoramic ocean views of South Beach, two golf carts, bikes, and beach equipment. Villa 45 had everything we were looking for in our trip to BHI. The hosts, Katie and Edie, were terrific. Great communication from the time we booked through when we were ready to depart back to the mainland. We would rent this place again.

Just as advertised. Clean, convenient, with amazing views. Everything you need and hosts that are very attentive and communicative. Will absolutely return.

The highlight of this property is the magnificent view; from the deck, across the little road, over the dunes, and gazing over the ocean. Views of sunsets were equally stunning and a brief walk across the dunes at entry point 13 took us to a largely deserted beach. The kitchen was well appointed, compact and convenient. Beds comfy, good built in storage for a weeks stay. The host checked in with us after arrival and answered any questions promptly. That was much appreciated.

We have stayed in several of these Villas apreviously. Weather was great. Property Managers were amongst the best in timely responses we have encountered. We always appreciate a pet friendly condo & we would rent again.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 45 over Labor Day weekend! Great location, house was comfortable and clean and well laid out for a family of five. Thank you Edie and Katie!!!

My mom, daughter and I stayed here for a few days and had the best time. We enjoyed the views by sitting outside or on the porch constantly. They had everything we needed for beach visits and to make most of our meals in the kitchen. I look forward to returning again one day soon!

The Villa was just great for my husband, myself and our dog. It was in the perfect location, with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Having 2 golf carts was a plus so that you could trade out and continue exploring the island. The Villa was clean and tidy and had the main essentials for cooking. Communication with Edie and Katie was a breeze. They were always helpful and answered any questions in a very timely manner. All - in- all, our vacation was wonderful. We will definitely be back again!

This villa was perfect for our family with 3 young kids. It was well stocked with many of the essentials for cooking, cleaning, and enjoying the beach. The views from both decks were great. We loved watching the alligators swim by in the evenings. The property managers are knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend this rental!

The property was next to BHI Club. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the pool and restaurants. Condo was comfortable. Enjoyed the golf carts! Really nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Edie Surratt was the best in communications! Responded immediately to any questions. Fun week with family!

This was a great house for my family of 5 and our dog. Everything was clean and was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the built in dresser/closet in the master bedroom was very clever! There was plenty of outdoor space and they were extremely pleasant and responsive to our requests/questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the downstairs deck overlooking the lagoon. The kids enjoyed having their own space and TV in the loft area. Thank you for sharing your home! Our feedback includes: Put a smaller table in the dining room. Even though we are small people, it was impossible to access the far side of the table because it’s too close to the walls on both sides. Fortunately there is a table outside. Replace the dishwasher. It’s very old and noisy. The upper rack is rusted and kept falling off of the rollers. We were concerned that it would collapse and dishes would break. The bottom rack kept getting stuck in what we called “the door canyon,” which meant that we had to lift the rack to put it back in the dishwasher. These things didn’t diminish our stay…we provided extra detail so that the problems could be better understood.

Great location! Beds and linens were great however bathrooms not particularly shiny clean. Cabinetry in the kitchen was exceptionally dirty under the sink and trash door. Very dated appliances!!! The only eating table was so oversized to the space you could not get around it to eat without removing chairs from 1 side and sitting at the end. Needs screens on the windows to enjoy the ocean breezes. BHI is still a very special place and the position of the villa was perfect: like ocean front.
