Wonderful staff, excellent dinner, amazing room

Great breakfast, practical clean and functional room. Price very interesting. Location was reasonably accessible from St. Gallen (train every 15min + connecting buses).

The quality of the bed itself could have been a bit better.

Bfast was good but was not at the Hotel Landaus Santis at all..

What I hv booked i should be given the correct Hotel n not the small miserable pathetic hotel nearby for my family..why should the hotel short changed me? I hv paid what I hv booked in the booking.com website.. the Hotel is totally irresponsible.. if I know I get this treatment.. I would nvr booked this hotel at all.

Nothing at all really, it was great

The staff was amazing, so nice, polite and very helpful. Even when peeking in the kitchen you were greeted with a happy "Hello". The staff at reception, at the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast buffet really know what customer service is. Our room was under the roof, very spacious with a very spacious bathroom and a nice long soaker tub. Everything was really clean. The bed was comfortable with a huge pillow. And there was a little Biberli instead of a chocolate on the pillow. Loved it. They also have binder with all the necessary information in multiple languages. It was not updated yesterday, but it was very comfortable and we were made to feel at home. We value cleanliness and it was very clean. Also loved the AC unit and the great windows with the shutters. We had dinner in the restaurant and all our food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of cold cuts, cheeses, jams, wonderful fresh breath, whole cooked eggs, cereal, yoghurt, juices, fresh fruit etc - very nice, fresh and delicious. It was very quiet at night.

It's right on the street into town but with the windows closed and the AC running you didn't hear the street. If I would nitpick I'd say I like my sheets softer and I'd like a lighter blanket but that's all the negative we experienced.
