Hotel is aimed at German guests only. I came from England and felt constant discomfort. If the staff does not cater to English-speaking guests, this information must be provided when booking

All inclusive, food and room good

No staff seemed to speak very good English😢 I found them overall abrupt with me. My room was wrong, first of all I got told as a single traveller that’s why I’d got two single beds. I said I’d booked and paid for a double and showed the receptionist on my phone. Then he managed to change me to a room with a double bed as I had booked. I asked for late checkout, said have to wait till after breakfast on the day which did not give me time to organise my day, the day before😢 Then told me after breakfast, no not possible. The pool was great but no sunbed left for me. The pool guy did not understand what I wanted, I had to use my hands to describe. I don’t think English speaking should be advertised as the hotel really caters for German and Russian visitors overall.

Ihotel is in a good location and hotel was clean.

There was cats in the dinning area all the time walking around open food . Staff did not consider that some guest may have allergy ieven when requested the cats to be moved out.. Also noticed the guest iand some staff in the hotel was fairly hostile towards different ethnicity guest. Apart from this hotel was great.and some staff and cleaners were extremely helpful.

- the quality of food was generally good. The desserts in the main buffet tasted a bit artificial but otherwise the range of Turkish and European fare was reasonable - the beach club was enjoyable and offered a range of free food and drink - night time activities organised by the hotel were entertaining - eg. Cappadocia night - the staff were helpful and accommodating, even though they were constrained by some strange rules and timings (please see below in the next section).

- inconvenient timings for meals: dinner in the main buffet finished at 830 PM. On holidays people want to eat later and have some flexibility with meal timings. - inconvenient timings for water slides: they are only open for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. They are not open in the warmest part of the day when people really want to use them. Also only one of the three slides works properly. - inconvenient times for changing beach and pool towels. I couldn’t understand why you could only change your towels after 3 PM - the rooms are quite small and only really designed for sleeping (family room). There are lots of other activities to do though so it’s not a problem if you don’t want the privacy of your own room.

The staff were attentive. There were different activities going on every day, which was a lot of fun. The meals were really delicious with lots of variation. It was nice that there were bars and a coffee shop and a snack corner.

There were cats running around and sometimes being annoying by trying to sit or walk close to you even in indoor places. English isn't very good there.
