Staff was so friendly, good location

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Has everything you need to cook meals. The pool is clean. This is in a good location in Kilimani, close to Yaya and lots of transport.

I didn’t like that you had to pay to use the hot tub, also the pool is all deep(no shallow end) which made it hard for people who couldn’t swim well.

pool, sauna, logic & respect

the appartment was lovely, slightly dated but still lovely, spacious living room, large balcony. location quiet, surrounded by greenery

we were shown a deluxe studio that we booked in but there was only one bed and i booked 2 beds..the studio was really in poor condition and sofa so old that i would not even sit on it, needs refurbishing and new furniture, but as we were moved to the other nice appartment we were happy, Reception is also really dated, i would say looks really bad, needs total update. they were doing some work around the garden, entrance etc so a lot of rubbish, garden waste everywhere giving the impression on the entrance that this is not a nice place but behind all this the serviced appartments were nice, swimming pool, potted plants etc

I originally booked a studio but was helpfully upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom suite. It has a nice overlooking view of the pool, large 4-poster bed, complete kitchen and a full toilet and bath. The staff were helpful and attentive. Free access to a small sauna and the pool.

Hopefully the construction of the new building is finished soon, and the proper gate is restored to use, as the temporary one made it a bit difficult to find initially. Aside from these, I had a great stay here and will be coming back next time.

the more days you stay the more price increases, it’s cheaper to book for more days than two days.

I like every bit of the service at woodmere

Rooms are really spacious, absolute value for money. Beautiful set arrangement of the room. The use of materials is very natural and warm. The balcony is perfect. The availability of a fire place and wood (against a fee) are great, though we did not use it.

The water pump was a bit noisy. This only applied to our room and is not a general topic. The cooking utensils are a bit limited, which is okay for a short stay. The view will hopefully improve, once the construction work is finished. (There was no major noise!)

Everything was as expected. The ambiance of the premises and the love from the staff... It's one of our to go place while in Nairobi.
