Add a facecloth, better colour temperature lighting (warmer). A better place to put my suitcase.

Very friendly staff. We arrived a little early and the owner quickly met us at the property to check us in early. Good size room, very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is amazing!!! Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

There is no parking at the accommodation itself. Parking is up the street and is metered between 8 am and 1 pm, then again from 5 pm to 11 pm. Finding parking can be a problem during busy times.

Very pleasant, comfortable and quiet small hotel. Federico was fantastic; he hopped in the car and found a free parking spot for me. The restaurant had excellently cooked fish and is right beside the lake. Breakfast at the local Cafe was good. Anguillara Sabazia is a nice place for a stroll - o through the old town or beside the lake.

We forgot to ask how to work the air conditioning.

An extremely charming B&B, the views on the lake are amazing, the rooms are very tastefully put together, very clean, quite spacious. You can tell that this is run by tasteful people who are keen on giving you the best of the local experience. Federico the owner / manager is a really lovely person, full of good tips and always helpful. Breakfast is served at two local cafes which is a nice way of taking a stroll in the morning and getting to know the local specialties. Don't forget to visit the restaurant, La Nepitella, food is amazing!!!

We had an amazing stay. Lorenzo was a great host and even gave us a lift so we wouldn't have to walk in the rain. Make sure to get a room with the view of the lake :)

Frederico was very welcoming and hospitable throughout our short stay. The facilities suited us perfectly, modern, clean and ideally located at the lake.

So cozy and close to the lake. Only stayed for one night but we will definitely come back and stay for longer. The restaurant is also very very nice.

The accommodation has been on a next level. The house is an old 15th century building, freshly renovated and lovingly taken care of! The host is the most kind and hospitable person. He drove us to the train station, as we’ve mistaken the bus schedule and he has made sure that our stay has been exceptional. The family restaurant around the corner has provided some unforgettable evenings directly at the lake front! I’m coming back next month already!
