Everything was great, big appartment with spacious balcony, very clean, close to the beach, the owner Niko is very helpful.

Huge spacious apartment. VERY VERY quiet and peaceful! We had a leisurely lunch waiting for our apartment to be cleaned due to late check out by prior guests. The St Pantemolian Beach Hotel next door to Niko’s apartments has a great menu and indoor/outdoor seating. Everything we had there was delicious. The restaurant seemed understaffed, on a busy mid-day, however everyone was good natured- a tough act to maintain in a extremely busy tourist area, with language barriers and varying expectations of what “good service” means. We felt that we were well taken care of. The young porters were EXTREMELY helpful in finding us a parking space (which is secured) and commanded very good English. He helped us lug our 3 heavy suitcases to the apartment, even though they were employees of the Hotel. The host, Niko, speaks no English, however there is no problem communicating via Google Translator. He’s very pleasant and accommodating. The bed was extremely firm and very comfortable. There was AC in both rooms a welcome difference from most rentals. Very good (functioning) light fixtures in the apartment. The bathroom is large, well lit and the shower is excellent! Various paths lead to nearby local beaches ,very easy walking distance even with young children. Overall a very nice rental , quiet and restful. The Rest The apartment only has a mini-fridge,and could use better cook ware and cooking utensils . No toaster. The “coffee maker” was a joke-being a tiny 6 ounce metal pour-water-through-expresso pot which was not clean (smelly and slimy inside). In this price range one would expect better. The “court yard view” consisted of a view into 20 other apartment units approximately10 meters across the court yard,-zero privacy unless you close the curtains. The balcony is wonderful and sunny, and very public. Views from the terraces are perfect, it is very quite area and close to the beach. Appartment is like the photos. Despite we arrive after midnight the owner waitted for us to give the keys

Three big balconies! Spacious, quiet, clean apartment close to the sea and beach, with all amenities. Wonderful beds, loungesets on the balconies, good communication, parking.

The curtains don't darken the bedroom enough, so we woke up early in the morning and thatswhy we went early to bed.

We liked all.Nick is very kind.The apt. is like in the photos,very clean.The place is very quiet.The location is few steps to the beach.(there are 2 beaches very close ,not crowded and the SouthBeach Nessebar is also about 10 min.walk.There are small markets and restaurants (Sacre,Fish-restaurant on the beach )very close.Janet City market is in 15 min. walk,you can find fresh or cooked food. Nessebar is in 25-30 min walk. There is a free, safe parking . Wi-fi is also free and very good.

The apartment was super clean, cozy and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The true advantage of this place is the stunning sea view from the three private terraces. They are just perfect whether you'd like to watch the sunrise, have breakfast while enjoying the scenery or just sunbathe.

The location is ideal with a dune South beach and amazing restaurant in A hotel next door. You simply don’t need a car once u get here unless u want to explore the old town of Nesebar. The host is an example for what a host should be like.

Great place and great host. Always nearby and helpful. Apart is spacious, lots of light, bed is on of the most comfortable we've been recently. Two air conditioners, great terrace. Very easy to park nearby. Beach is just 5min walk, although you have to climb down a bit on some rocks. Very quite, no clubs or bars nearby to make noise. Overall we had a great stay.

It would be great to have a bit more utensils in the kitchen and a microwave.
